Very helpful ans signed me up to the app which I didn't know was available Manjit and Nessa

I need help to pick colour schemes for my down stairs while in store I met a lovely woman named Leanne who gave me brochures and told me I would be best buying testers and trying in different areas rather than rush buying which was very helpful and ran me through my options I come back store today and was treated with the same pleasnt smile and has showed me through the range of greens as well as greys she was so helpful and positive I thanked her and wished her a good day a credit to this store thankyou Leanne 🙏🏾

First class service, easy to order, good delivery price and Mike the delivery driver was superb, polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough.

The delivery drivers went out of their way to get my items as close to my property as they could, rather than just unloading everything at the front of the property. It saved me a lot of work and lifting.

I just went into your Wolverhampton store to get 14 OSB sheets and needed help. I was greeted by Manjit who kindly asked Josh to help load thrm into the van. He was most helpful & a credit to your store. Greatly appreciated.

Leanness and Manjit couldn't be more helpful when my 85 year old father had a funny turn. They even broke off to chase a shoplifter and returned to make sure he was OK. Service was also excellent and delivery of my purchase was very fast.

We purchased a telescopic paint pole-we left in trolley-we called the store and spoke with manjit who was very understanding and found the item on the trolley and Arun the security helped also.Usha gave me the pole when I returned.

I am a regular tradesman that shops in your Wolverhampton store weekly. I have been coming here for many years. I'm very happy with the service I receive from the colleagues there. I'm always served with a smile, and theyre very knowledgeable and some banter too. Please pass on my thanks to some of the great colleagues who's names I know, Usha,Ella,Manjit & Jack who are always willing to help.

We used Wickes to design and supply our kitchen. Our design consultant was Victoria. She was great, provided a couple of designs to match our requirements. Worked within our budget and the kitchen was delivered within 2 weeks. After checking our delivery, we were missing the tap but that was sent within a couple of days. We fitted our own kitchen so can’t comment on that. The kitchen is exactly as we wanted. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.
