I bought 3 Gang dimmer , £50-£60 it was faulty. Poor customer service they never deal with it. Dont buy any thing. Waste of money and waste of time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I haven't even ordered yet and I am already super happy with my experience. Contacted sales via email to ask a question about their smart light switch and Chris could have not been more helpful. He answered all my questions and even reviewed specifications for the lighting system we are having installed to ensure it is suitable and safe. Thank you very much Chris, a truly great experience and considering I have not yet spend any money with your company it just goes to show how good you are at your job and a true asset. I will be of course be ordering the switch from you as top level customer service cannot be beaten. Thank you

I wanted to replace some USB plug sockets and introduce some Wi-Fi light switches and the service received from Chris was of the highest quality.

It was only a small order but Chris provided so much time to make sure I received the right equipment. I have no idea about how household electrics work and due to the lack of neutral wiring in most of my light switches Chris had to spend time taking me through the options. Chris reviewed photographs of the wiring behind the switches to advise me how best to proceed.

I would highly recommend Wifismarthome, Chris definitely went above and beyond providing a first class service and I will use them as and when I need to upgrade switches and sockets.

We changed our broadband provider and this caused a couple of issues. However, Chris came out within a couple of days of my email and managed to sort the problem. I’m really impressed with the aftercare provided.

Whilst there have been some issues and teething problems with some of the products, Chris' after sales and customer service has been excellent. We have worked together on my home project since December 2023 and ongoing.

Emails are always answered and phones calls returned. It has been a refreshing experience to work with a retailer who stands by their products and takes ownership of any problems that have occurred and rectified the issues.

I purchased two WiFi switches from WiFi smart home after bit of back and forwards finally got working smart switches I was hoping to self install but was above my diy knowledge so I contacted two local electricians who both wouldn't install these switches for some reason. So I asked to return my product for refund. WiFi smart home reached out to me asking for further information as to why the electrician won't install the switches. I explained and they then came back to with they are just in the process of offering a trusted local electricians to install these switches to work in partnership with each other I was then contacted by a electrician not to far from me who agreed time and date to come and install these switches if possible. The electrician turn up and installed the switches very quickly and professionally helpful couldn't understand what the other electrician problems was. he set up the switches and explained everything I needed to know about these switches as he got them fitted in his home. Few days have passed and more then happy with my purchase its so simple to use and the quality of the product seems to be of higher standards. I would happily purchase with confidence that I would receive product support from the customer service experience I received.

Bought the WiFi plugs for the lights in our garden & bar. Easy pairing with our router, set up very easy, Smart Life app so simple to understand. Lights now set to timer, no more going out in the rain to turn the lights on & off. Great product.

The speed of response and the willingness to help me with my specific lighting issues warrants 5 stars. A very good company to deal with - a genuine view to sort things thoroughly by bringing together the right people. I am very impressed. I now have a great smart light system with all the bells and whistles re zoning, timers all through an easy to use App

Sadly, I’ve noticed a decline in customer service across the board. However, amidst the chaos a ray of light, I stumbled upon wifi-smart-home.co.uk. In early 2021 I bought a few light switches, but my electrician was not familiar with them. Thankfully, the tech support team assisted him patiently with the installation and setup. Unfortunately, one of the switches malfunctioned a few months later, but the tech support team promptly sent me the next-generation product at no extra cost.

Recently, I faced some broadband issues that caused one of the switches to go offline. I called customer service, and even though it was 16:30, Chris picked up the phone while driving home and provided me with reset instructions later that same evening. He even offered to assist me further if needed. Chris then kindly offered to sell me just the backplane switch component instead of having to buy the entire switch again. Fortunately, I managed to get the switch to work again with some coaxing.

The level of service provided by wifi-smart-home.co.uk is exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had a connection issue with a smart WiFi switch I’d bought a few years previously. Rang customer support and was put through to Chris who was really helpful. He sent some information by email from which I was able to resolve the problem. Great customer service.

Chris who now runs the company has been extremely helpful with my inquiries.

I have an issue with the operation of 5 of the Origin smart switches in my kitchen/breakfast room but emails do not seem to be answered. Maybe it I raise it here someone might reply?

I had an issue regarding the install procedure and emailed for assistance. Chris replied almost immediately with advice and resolved my query. The smart switches look great and are ideal for making a smart home.

Had a Wi-Fi switch go faulty. They replaced it within a couple of days. Very good products and great service.

I bought a Wi-Fi switch a year ago for my electric Aga and when I went to use it again after the summer it had deleted from the Smart Life app. I couldn’t work out how to reconnect it to the app . I called them up and they sent very clear instructions immediately which solved the problem right away .

I bought a dual wifi light switch, and the product is both elegant, was as easy to set up as any other IoT type device (and some are a complete pain!), and I almost get excited to see the lights come on and go off as planned.
I did need some help from Customer Services, who were very helpful and provided the information I needed - and anticipated some information I would then have needed.
I will definitely buy from them again if I need any such products again (or I may even decide I "need" some products!).

Bought 3 light switches, one is faulty, so as instructed on the website I sent an email. This just bounced back. I phoned their telephone number, got an answering machine, left a message but no response. I’ve now messaged them on Facebook but no response so far. Shocking service, avoid at all costs

Placed an order for 5x double sockets and 5x switches for a job I was completing for a customer. After placing the order the customer asked for an additional switch to be added so I phoned wifi smart home to see if I could add to the order as it hadn't even been processed, was informed I'd have to email technical to ask that question which I did right away (21st July) and to this very day I haven't had a reply back, I have recieved my initial order but I'll now have to place an order for 1x switch plus pay the postage again. Customer service not the best.

Purchased a light switch from this company 3/7/23 at a cost of £71.18. The wrong product was supplied and after sending numerous emails and making a few calls I'm no further forward with getting the correct product or a refund. Very unprofessional company and I wish I had read some of these reviews before making my purchase. Avoid at all costs!
