I have ordered cassette player CP13 produced by FiiO. Unfortunately, the colour I've ordered was not in stock so I've ordered available. Nice analog player and sound like in 80-90th of basic top player producers.

The order wasn’t delivered in promised time window. It was said that the order will be shipped in 2-15 days, however it’s been 22 days and the order still wasn’t shipped. Customer support says they are waiting for the supplier to sent them the order.

I gave you only 3 stars because I had no email to let me know that the item had been posted, so I didn't know at any stage where the item was. If you could let people know when the purchase left your warehouse and expected delivery date that would help a lot. Otherwise the price was very good for this product.

Waited almost 3 months for nothing
Waited almost 3 months for my order to be delivered. Could not get a solid delivery date, so had to cancel the order. Delivery time was supposed to be 3 to 6 weeks.
