For an online store, has good quality products and trendy.
Price is an issue: it is constantly 15-25 pct more expansive than others. Like a brick and mortar store that needs to recover costs from rent, etc.
Don’t understand the business model: most products are more expensive and not even all available for order. So back order at a higher price?

Placed an order at 17

Placed an order at 17. Feb.
Delivery said 2-5 days.
Today at 30. March, still havent recieved anything.
Money was taken allready 18. Feb

I ordered a Denon AVC-X3800H on…

Update 21/6-24
I have still not received my order.
So now I have cancelled the order and asked for my money returned. First time I got so fast response when I cancelled the order. 14 minutes after I send email they responded, not happened before.
I do not know how many times Wifimedia told me that, this week you will get the receiver or next week for sure.
As said earlier, many other shops have it in stock but not Wifimedia.
I can now wait for Wifimedia to contact me when they actually do have the product.
I have been promised that they will contact me when X3800H is back in stock and i can buy it to the originally price, so respect for that. BUT uncertain when that will happen.
So for now only one or no stars to Wifimedia.eu

Update 8/4-24.
I am still waiting for my reciever to arrive.
Every time i contact the company i get a new date.
Many other shops now have it in stock.
I am told i can always cancel my order.
I ordered a Denon AVC-X3800H on february 2`nd. Homepage said delivery 3-6 days. I wanted it for my birthday 14/2. Contacting Wifimedia on 9/2 now told delivery time 4-15 days, but now out of stock.
14/2 now delay from supplier.
23/2 Today the new stock arrived at the manufacturer's European warehouse. The orders will be shipped by order date.However, given your order date, I expect your order to ship soon.
7/2 All incoming Denon AVC-X3800H models are already shipped however there are still some backorders open. A new shipment is expected in 2 weeks.
I am sorry but it is just not good enough. No info unlees i contact the firm. They took my money without having the goods. The shops i normaly use do not withdraw the money before they send the goods.

Unfortunately, we are still waiting for stock, so we have not been able to ship your product yet. The shop offers great pricing and fast…

The shop offers great pricing and fast service 99% of the time.

However… I bought an M11 Plus which all went smooth till it had some minor issue with the usb C port. The product is barely out of warranty and best they can do is offer a 25% discount on a replacement. Don’t get me wrong I am happy with their services but this leaves something more to be desired as a long time frequent customer.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not satisfied. As you can see on the site, the product is not currently available from stock, which is why you have not yet received the product. The wall bracket is on order for you from the supplier, but unfortunately they do not have stock of the product either. Because of this, we have to wait until they have stock again. If you do not wish to wait, you can of course cancel the product free of charge.

Good price

Good price. Took the vat off for a business purchase. Shipped and delivered fast.
The s1000w’s are very good. Great sound and connectivity. Look great.
