Good service but the Castelli Nano shoecover are of very poor quality
I used the expensive Catelli Nano shoecover 3 time and I can put them in the trash. The plastic cover goes away. They crumble.

Inadapted and crazy huge packaging....
Three weeks ago, I received in FRANCE a crazy and very huge packing concerning small swimming pool equipments.
Too much big cartoon box....crazy...
I checked damages on the huge, ugly totally inadapted facing my order.
The France post office was surprised to stock and deliver such parcel.
WIGGLE should check rapidly this problem. It's bad for the public image WIGGLE.
it's a pity for WIGGLE because the order was good, products perfect and mint , fast home delivery.
But packaging was horrible, too huge and necessary costly for WIGGLE.

Sizing is a problem
Unfortunately, the last two items I bought -- a pollution mask and a jacket -- were both too small for me which indicates that the sizing info is insufficient. I spent quite some time measuring myself and reading the charts, particularly for the jacket, but to no avail.
The result is that I had to send them back. I had to pay to send them back. This, imo, is unacceptable. Other online retailers do not have clients pay return shipping.
All in all, the lost time, the cost, the frustration and the fact that I still do not have a jacket means I will hesitate a good long time before ordering from your site again.
