Free shipping without tracking number: No thanks!
Not a great experience buying at Wiggle for the first time... My order didn't arrive past 16 calendar days, but I'll have to wait 15 working days before they do something!
I've done more than a thousand orders from UK, none has been lost, but this first time at Wiggle I'm afraid that I have a big problem in front.
Bottom line: Never use free shipping from Wiggle, even if you buy an expensive bike, because they don't give you a tracking number and have to wait almost a month to know what it will happen, if the bike don't arrive.

It is very unfortunate that you still have not received your order. As previously stated in our last correspondence, should your order not be delivered by the 11th April please email us so we can initiate an investigation.
Most of our orders are in fact sent with free shipping unless the customer chooses otherwise. It is also possible to choose Courier delivery and Next day delivery, both with tracking.
However certain products will always be sent with tracking as it happens with bikes.
Very easy to make the purchase from Portugal!
All material is of great quality.

A good tool, an acceptable price, but ...
On March second I put my order, for shipping I was charged €11.23 plus VAT, for a order of €19.98 means more than 50% only for shipping, worst where the time from order acceptance till I got the delivery. 16 days it's too much. Mainly if we compare to an order from China, we pay less for delivery and get the goods in 5 weekly days.
Of coarse I will buy again from Wiggle because I'm not involved on trading and have time enough to wait, but are serious factors to consider when we order.

We are truly sorry about your negative experience. Situations like these are unusual but sadly can happen. The paper you found was probably a piece of packaging material used to protect the product and was not intended to cover any defects, though I am sorry you thought this way.
It is in our best interest that our customers are happy with the products they purchase from us and with our services and we do try our best to send products in the best conditions possible. However when one of our customers does receive a faulty item, all they need to do is contact us and we will do our utmost to ensure the issue is rectified in a satisfactory manner - as you know from your own experience.
