Bom dia Pedro, temos imensa pena que tenha recebido a sua encomenda com tanto atraso. Infelizmente algumas das nossas encomendas ultrapassam realmente o prazo de 8 dias úteis, mas estes atrasos estão, na maioria dos casos, fora do nosso alcance. Este tipo de atrasos é também mais frequente em alturas em que é comum o aumento de tráfego, como acontece nos dias que antecedem o Natal.
