Having viewed an apartment to rent and then accepting their tenancy, I can confirm Wigmore Jones was great to work with. Joe, who showed us around the potential flats was really knowledgable and gave us the time of day. Harriet, who then set us up into our new place was brilliant! She was responsive, caring and helpful.
Their system to set up referencing etc. was all online and easy to use.
Keep up the good work Wigmore Jones - there aren’t many good agencies out there!

We have been reviewing a lot of properties over the last few weeks. Wigmore Jones and more specifically, Joe are considerably better than all the rest. They are very communicative, knowledgeable and clearly care about both the potential tenant and the landlord too. The team are great and I couldn't have had a better experience if we had tried.

By far one of the best experiences I have had so far with a letting agency. Harriet and Joe have been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive.

Finding a flat in London can be a rather challenging endeavour. The experience I have had with Wigmore Jones has been the best by far and unmatched for three consecutive years. great flats, professional approach with a personal human touch, fast in response, pragmatic and reasonable in execution. I have lived in London for 15 years and changed a few agents, all high-street with rather prominent brands. Wigmore Jones comes top at my list and would highly recommend them.

Wigmore Jones have been fantastic throughout our stay with them. This was the first time working with a Letting Agency as previously we have always worked directly with the Landlord. From showing us our property, to the moving in process, we never had any issues. We’d like to also give a special thank you to our letting agent Harriet, she has honestly been amazingly helpful during our stay and we wish we could take her with us to our new property. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I’m sat here trying my best to be as critical as possible about the team at Wigmore but the truth is they’re a delight to work with. It’s a smaller family run operation with several Agents, but the attention to detail and the speed that they handle issues is second to none. If you’re thinking of renting with these guys stop your search and jump in. 3 years later and I couldn’t care what house I’m in as long as Harriet and the team are managing it.
