Really prompt and professional service! Joe and the team were super helpful. The renting process was made as smooth as possible; communication was effective and prompt & all queries were responded and answered with care and attention. Despite not even being able to see our new rental before moving in due to coronavirus, they did everything they could to show us the property including a guided zoom call. Wigmore Jones technology is great - video tour, online tenant portal. They will be managing the property and the maintenance team has already taken the time proactively to introduce themselves.

Really great to work with throughout the whole time from initial contact through to signing the agreement.
Now moved in, a couple of moving issues but Wigmore are on top of things and quick to solve them.

Very accommodating allowing us to view the property 'out of hours', helpful with the few small issues whilst we were there (even though they weren't managing the property) and a great help arranging end of tenancy clean on our behalf.
