We recently sold our 1-bedroom flat with Wild & Co, and the entire experience was seamless thanks to their exceptional team. From start to finish every agent we worked with was incredibly professional and responsive. Special thanks to James and Travis who truly went above and beyond to support the sale. They were always available to answer any questions and were proactive in addressing any concerns from potential buyers. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Wild & Co to anyone looking to sell their property!

At the end we didn’t go ahead with the purchase so I can only comment on the customer service part, but Travis Knight was responsive and helpful throughout the viewing process and I found their listings reasonable priced.

I cannot recommend James Wilde and his team at Wilde & Co highly enough.

I am a GP, working and living in Hackney for 30 years and we put our 3 bed Victorian house in E5 up for sale in May 2022. We interviewed several estate agents and were struck with James' no-nonsense approach: while other agents tried to engage us with oozing charm and promises of an over the market price, James was straight- talking, had very good local knowledge and came across as being sincere and trustworthy. The sales video produced of the property was of extremely high quality. Wilde & Co is a family business based in East London for many years so James has excellent local knowledge. His team is small and communication was excellent throughout. Unfortunately, we had two buyers pull out, stating unexpected redundancy as the reason. When the second buyer failed to proceed James stepped in and provided a truly personal service, facilitating the viewings himself , engaging personally with our buyer and communicating regularly with her and with her solicitors to get us to the point of exchange and completion in February 2024. It was a very stressful few monthly for myself and my husband but we felt supported through it all by James and his team.

If you are looking for a personal service from an estate agent with excellent local knowledge and a team of polite, excellent communicators , who will listen to your needs and wishes then choose Wild & Co.
