Wild and Co are efficient,friendly, excellent estate agents

James from Wild&Co has been highly responsive, professional and knowledgeable at all times. Wild&Co helped identify good tenants for my flat in a seamless manner, ensured all administrative requirements are fulfilled properly, and have been very communicative throughout this whole process, guiding me through it all. I am very happy with the services provided, and will be using them again as letting agents and property management agents.

James and his team did a great job in what was a complicated transaction and were always professional and available to answer questions and give advice.

I was due to recently view a property that Wild & Co. were facilitating the selling of. I was told that I could view the property on the first day it was being shown and then that all offers were being taken the following Monday. I was shocked to find less than a few days before my viewing I was sent an automated email notifying me that the viewing was cancelled as an offer was being accepted.

I called up hoping this was an error only to be met by a very unapologetic man on the other end of the phone who suggested this error must have been a mix up on my part. I asked if he could let me know what had happened and what procedures they have in place to avoid this and received no response or apology.

I was reluctant to write a review for the first time because my experiences with estate agents have been pretty poor in London, but I hope this message is seen by the company and something changes so no one else experiences such terrible customer service and don't miss out on a great place because of the lack of integrity and overwhelming greed of this estate agents.

We really wanted to find an estate agent with whom we felt we could communicate and would not just give us lots of charm. Once we met James we knew he was our man, and we were not disappointed. Throughout the process his warmth and down to earth presence meant that a terribly stressful time became manageable. He held our hands without pressurising us, and listened to what we said, so that we really felt we were working with him. His team were all very helpful and professional, which meant we were never worried about having any nasty surprises. I'm very grateful we found Wild and Co and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were progressing the case on a daily basis as it were their own sale, responding immediately and also liaising with any parties to resolve any given issues swiftly and professionally.
