Just purchased a pre-owned PRS SE Custom 24 from Wildwire Guitars and I couldn't be happier. The guitar looks brand new and was delivered in double quick time. It was well packaged in a proper PRS cardboard box. I hope one day to visit this fabulous looking store in person to buy my dream guitar, a PRS Custom 24 10 Top in faded Black Gold Sunburst (they have one in stock now!). I played two guitars. The team are happy to advise, and demonstrate guitars, not at all pushy. So very happy to recommend. PS, I found it really worthwhile visiting the store. And trying the guitars and getting advice and playing guitars.

I bought a Godin guitar from Wildwire online. Before I bought it I rang the shop with a few questions. The chap who answered the call was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him.

When the guitar arrived, even though it was in the original box, it had been packed out with extra protection. Not only did it arrive in great shape, it was beautifully set up and is a joy to play.

So, in summary; great customer service, a great range of guitars and attention to the details. My new go-to shop.

Wildwire has a fantastic range of interesting guitars, and even more that aren't on display. There is a definitely a high end feel to the shop, but they also cater to customers with a smaller budget.
The service is fantastic, they really care about what they are selling, every guitar is fully checked over and set up so it is the best it can be and they are happy to make any adjustments to your taste.
It would seem their model is to gain customer loyalty through quality of service and product and I will continue to shop with them in the future.

I had my heart set on getting my husband a Duesenberg USA Alliance Joe Walsh - Gold Burst - for Christmas but couldn’t find one in the states. I did find the perfect one online at Wildwire Guitars! I worked with Leon Downes, who was absolutely fabulous in explaining the import process and getting the guitar to me in record time. I would not hesitate to order from Wildwood again and send special thanks to Leon for making a very Merry Christmas for my husband !!

Really pleased with my purchase. The staff were very helpful in helping me make the right choice and demonstrating the guitars for me. I gave them quite a wide budget and I was in no way pressurised into spending my upper limit and their recommendations started at the bottom end. I finally settled for one mid budget. plenty of choice and a wide range of brands for all budgets.

Absolute pleasure to meet Leon and the team today. This is a fabulous guitar shop with very patient staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased nor can I give them high enough praise for setting out a considerable amount of guitars for me to try. I eventually decided on a Slash J45 which just sound great. I could easily have bought two, such was the quality and range of the guitars on offer.
When I need another, as I surely will soon, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Wildwire Guitars, and nor should you!

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Wildwire Guitars. They were very patient and attentive in dealing with my sales and delivery enquiries before my purchase, without ever being pushy. There was a small issue with one piece of hardware on my guitar, but I have played a lot of guitars over the years, and this in itself is not uncommon in my experience. However, the level of service in response to this problem is something I am not used to in my dealings with other guitar shops. They fed my problem back to the manufacturer, and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out right away. They also ensured that the replacement part had been tested to guarantee that the problem would be remedied, along with a video showing how to fit it safely.They took the problem seriously kept in touch with regular updates until it was solved. This is the only time I've ever experienced such a utopian response to a problem with a guitar-related purchase. The guitar was reasonably priced too, and I'm happy to say that it's taken up the majority of my time since it arrived. I cannot recommend Wildwire Guitars highly enough, and I will not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.

Having bought guitars for over 50 years, I can honestly say that Wildwire Guitars are one of the best sellers to buy trom - they are prompt - provide great customer service and are a pleasure doing business with.

Leon was extremely helpful with my order of a PRS McCarty 594, an expensive guitar that I had some reservations about ordering online.

The guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition and was superbly packaged. I couldn't be happier and have no hesitation recommending Wildwire guitars.

Leon helped with advice up front and then had a very speedy next day delivery on a guitar for my daughter. I had a small issue with the delivery but he offered solutions along the way. How a business deals with issues is the real test of any, and Leon at Wildwire was brilliant. I'll definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

After trying to source a Marshall Code 50 amp all week without success. I stumbled across wildwire guitars only to find they were shut. A quick phone call to enquire about the possibility of click and collect and 30 minutes later I was meeting them at the shop as they had driven over to open up especially for me. These guys really do go above and beyond. I can highly recommend these guys and can’t wait to return to see what’s actually inside the shop when it’s open ;)

After years of wanting one, I finally bit the bullet and bought a Gibson 335 Dot in 60s Cherry from 'Wildwire Guitars Selby' after trawling through the perhaps more well known Guitar suppliers websites.
Because of the Covid situation and not being able to travel to try the instrument, it felt somewhat scary to be spending a large amount (for me) over the telephone, to a shop I didn't really know, for a Guitar I'd never played but after talking to Leon Downes I had no qualms whatsoever about going ahead with purchasing the 335.
Among my concerns Leon addressed, was the protection of my purchase in shipping and true to his word when it arrived next day it took me a full 20 min to unpack the Guitar it was so well protected.
I found Wildwire and Leon in particular, to be genuine, knowledgable, very easy to deal with and felt completely confident throughout the whole process which cannot be said of all purchasing experiences currently, it's also nice to have that personal touch just like Guitar shopping used to be.
I am delighted with the instrument which has been well set up by Wildwire, just a regret of not buying one sooner......
When we are able to, I shall be be visiting the shop in person and maybe look to other purchases......

I have just taken delivery of a beautiful new and perfectly set up PRS se Hollowbody11 Piezo guitar from Wildwire and received excellent service that will take me back to Wildwire in the future.Leon was true to his word and the guitar was delivered within a month of ordering and ahead of due date 😀 when it was unavailable for 3 months from all other suppliers. (securely packed and 24 hour delivery), I could not be happier. If you look for excellent customer service I would thoroughly recommend this company!

And a Taylor guitar. Both visits were a good experience.

I bought a Gibson 59 Les Paul Reissue from Leon last week and must say the service I received from them ( think the others guys name was Paul ) was second to none. I came to the office to try a few and even though the phone was non stop and this was pretty obviously a very busy shop, Leon was very patient and helpful.

This shop deals with very high end guitars, amongst other things and the service was high end too.

The guitar is fantastic!! Recommended AAA+
