Purchased a Pre Owned Brian May Guitars Red Special online, excellent customer service and communication with the staff at Wildwire. Guitar arrived at my front door just over 24 hours after purchasing, well packaged and the condition was exactly as described. Will definitely be purchasing more gear from Wildwire.

A small shop with a big heart! I am so pleased, over the moon, with my purchase and the team went out of there way to help me buy this amazing Patrick James Eggle guitar. Wildwire guitar shop know there stuff inside and out, there knowledge of guitars and music is astonishing. This small shop, with a big heart, knowledge, professionalism, and customer service is the heart of this shop. Yes it maybe small but they have the amazing selection of guitars and these guitars such as Patrick James Eggle is a Pro guitar and the team helped me buy this guitar which is amazing. What I will say is that my next guitar and many others I will be buying in the future will be bought from Wildwire guitars.

I recently purchased an Epiphone Hummingbird acoustic guitar from Wildwire. I struggled for a couple of days with playing it and I considered buying some lighter strings. I called Wildwire and spoke to Leon who suggested that I bring the guitar back to see if there was anything they could do with the set up that might help. I popped in and handed the guitar over. Ten minutes or so later Chris handed me back what plays like a completely different guitar! The action is remarkably low and it plays like a dream. Leon saved me the cost of new strings and refused payment for the set up. Thank you guys, excellent service as always.

Fantastic place to visit. Easy to find and park . No matter what your skill level you are at you are welcome. These guys are so helpful and professional . I ordered a PRS SE Zach Myers 2023-spec guitar. Had a brief chat with them via email about a few specs and some questions about delivery to Santorini/Greece. They replied promptly and made sure the product was as I expected it to be.
It arrived safely - very carefully packaged and perfectly set-up, ready to play and even perfectly in tune (never had seen this before from an online-order!).
Absolutely perfect service and will love to order from them again in the future!

Took my Gibson songwriter Koa for a set up today due to having a high action , only to find there was a lot more going on .
These guys went above and beyond to make the guitar as good as was possible so it was playable.

I bought some Fender locking tuners from Wildwire as they weren’t in stock at the place I usually shop and needed them reasonably quickly for a project.

I ordered them on Tuesday around 4pm and they arrived at lunchtime the next day, even though I didn’t pay for any sort of faster delivery service. Unbelievable effort!

What can I say! Wildwire Guitars are a fantastic shop best in the Yorkshire area in my opinion. I took my old ESP to have 2 new pickups installed plus a full set up, and I couldn't be happier! Guitar is set up exactly how I wanted it and tuned to how I asked! Was also given some great advice on what I should look at upgrading next on it. Leon and his team are so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Spent almost an hour there today talking to them about a couple of guitars that I have been thinking about buying and it was great to be able to have a jam on them both. It's clear they have a real passion for guitars and making sure there customers get what they are after.
I will be back to buy my new axe on payday!

Exceptional experience. Purchased a PRS SC 58 at 2pm Thursday and it was delivered by 2pm Friday. Guitar is stunning, exactly as described. Packed incredibly well for transport. By far the best experience I have had buying a guitar.

Rang up about a Les Paul. Having owned a Custom I had some knowledge of them but not owned one in a while. Over the phone they were patient in listening to what I was after and suggesting what is available that fitted my needs. I decided the hours drive to the shop was worthwhile.

In the shop they were helpful and patient, bringing me every guitar I asked for, tuning it, and letting me play, swapping between them, checking tones and so on. Even when it approached closing time they were happy to let me muse until I was ready to decide

Eventually settled on the custom shop 59 which had the best tones from both pickups for my needs - to be honest, they were all good sounding and playing guitars.

A great experience to visit them, with lots of knowledgeable and impartial advice. I wasn’t sold a guitar, I bought one.
