If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Customer service is appalling and the slots are ridiculous. Over £100 and not a single win nor bonus. The promotions are useless. I will be closing my account immediately and I would highly recommend not signing up. No loyalty here to customers.

My name is Joanna Mihaylova and i was Gold Member at William Hill. So one sunny day i win £40 000 from Paddy Power and i spent them in William Hill on slots . Everything was ok until that moment. Then WH decided that they need to provide them with documents to prove my income for the last year . No longer after that they just closed my account. I contact them to ask whats going on and they explain me that they don't need any documents bcz they already take the decision to suspend my acc. Well everyone knows how the games software is working.. after some wagering the lost will be return.. well they prevent that and simply closed the account when the game just started to pay back and my balance was increased . The balance i wasn’t allowed to withdraw and they refuse to paid. THIS IS ROBBERY!
