Good selection of cookware at decent prices. Prompt delivery.

I just bought a Boston Shaker (a bar tending piece of equipment) for $70 from this company and it rusted in the sink before I even used it once. I contacted the company and they refuse to take it back because I left it in the sink. What do they think happens to bar tending tools? I will never shop there again. Beware what you buy from them!

I ordered 2 Le Creuset items. One was shipped promptly, the other required a special order from France. Williams Food Equipment was very clear in communicating expected timelines and both items arrived in reasonable times and in good condition.

Williams Food has always the great selection of the world's top brands in kitchenware. I discovered this company in 2017, and since then always go to their online store when looking for items for my kitchen. Greatly appreciate their business!

It was my first time buying a kind of expensive cooking pan. I bought an All Clad stainless 10" pan from them on online. I received the pan and cooked it before checking any defects on the pan. I mean who would have checked it tho. Anyway on my day one using it I found a defect on the pan near the handle which you can clearly tell there is a ding on it. I mailed their customer service and got a mail back saying basically backing themself up from refunding which I wasn't asking and address me to talk to All clad's warranty program.

I would never recommend buying anything from them.

I have purchased most of my le creuset from them and have found them pleasant and reliable.

Ordered 2 Brown Betty tea pots. The price was great and free shipping as over $100. BUT package arrived and the spouts were "through" their boxes (wow) and clear masking tape STUCK to the teapots. One is a gift so a huge inconvenience. Shipping dept. needs work ;-]

Long story short I got the kettle from Williams manufactured by le creuset with a defect - paint chip. They decided this is not manufacturer's defect. Of course chip could happen anywhere before reaching me. And I know I did not hit the kettle.

When i called the seller Williams Food - they would exchange if kettle was not used. Otherwise, Le creuset would have to cover under manufacturer's warranty which they denied.

So no one wants to take responsibility and ultimately customer is on the hook.

So welcome to Costco 😊 . They would not be cheap about chip.

Ordered a 20qt stand mixer on Oct 30th they say free shipping. On checkout to pay it said free shipping.
I emailed them after no tracking number no reply in three days. So I called on day five. To my surprise it was not shipped. The guy said I will call you back in a half hour well over a hour. Said I will cancel your order because it is going to cost him $160.00 extra shipping. So look else where if you want free shipping in Western Canada. So I have purchase a better mixer and less money free shipping from Lowe's and great customer service. Williams get your act together.
