Luke of Williams Plumbing has done a few jobs for us in the last few months. The latest, a new dishwasher. Removed the old one and took it away (a mate helped to carry), installed the new one, checked it worked. Sounds simple? Luke made it SEEM so, 43kg?, all with no fuss, solo. I'm in awe...thank you, again, Luke. :)

I have used Williams for all my plumbing supplies over the years and thought it was about time I wrote a review to praise their high level of service.

All of the front desk staff and delivery drivers are helpful and knowledgeable but on this occasion I’d like to give a mention to the member of staff at Fareham I know only as “Lewis”

Over the years his service has gone way beyond what would be expected even contacting me on his mobile to update me on orders if the other lines are busy. Any problems are quickly rectified and stock shipped out to me immediately. I know my demands cause him a lot of behind the scenes administration but he never complains and as a result I continue to spend a large amount in store and never go elsewhere.

What a credit Lewis is to your company I never feel like just a number and he’s genuinely interested in my projects.

Unlike previous plumber,for the free estimate, he pinpointed the whistling in the system problem and offered cheaper alternatives so didn't feel pressured to go for the most expensive option. Came in good time on the day and in addition, identified a leak under the bath and sent out his mate for a more efficient metal fitting at no extra charge. The work was completed, replacement of two taps in under an hour and left the bathroom completely clean of rubbish etc. Totally satisfied and didn't feel I was being overcharged. Would definitely use again.

The entire team are incredibly professional and highly skilled plumbing and heating engineers and they deal with all plumbing issues for me in a very large Sheltered Housing Building in London.
Their standard of work is always to the very highest of standards and they are really brilliant with all of the residents as well. They will always attend the building in an event of an emergency as well and this just shows how reliable they are.
