We had been looking for a house for months when, while the Beast from the East was doing its worst, William’s Way suggested that a house in Taverham might suit us. It took 15 minutes for us to know that we had found our new home.
Wil and Richard supported us beautifully through the process of buying the house. It all went seamlessly.
We still had a house to sell, and had instructed one of the large agencies. The photographs they took were dire and the valuation unrealistic. As a result there was little interest and, when we complained at the lack of progress we were made to feel it was our fault.
So we gave them notice and instructed William’s Way. Wil’s photos were so much better and the price he suggested far more achievable. And when, at one point, things got a little sticky, he came up with a creative idea which resulted in two offers being made the following day. We have now just exchanged contracts.
We have felt very supported by Wil, Richard and Tom. Unlike some other estate agents, they tell you what you need to know, not what you would like to hear. We have felt, during both buying and selling processes, that they were always available to support us, that the advice they gave was good and, above all, honest.

Wil and the staff at Williams Way have been immensely helpful. Their professionalism at the emotional time for my family in selling my late fathers house has been very much appreciated. I can’t rate Williams Way high enough. Wil & the team are professional, friendly, knowledgable and went above and beyond what I expected, even to the extent of being more effective than solicitors In keeping me updated and the sale moving. They listened to what I wanted and implemented that but were not in the slightest bit pushy. I would highly recommend you use Williams Way Estate Agents.

Best estate agent we’ve ever encountered.

Until meeting Wil & Richard we have never had a positive experience with estate agents. They’ve always presented themselves as pushy, untrustworthy, money driven salesmen who just want to get you on the books. We're delighted to have come across Williams Way as they share none of these traits and have been trustworthy and genuine from start to finish.

William’s Way provided a friendly yet professional service throughout our house buying process. From showing us around houses all the way through to pushing for completion dates, nothing was ever too much to ask. Progress updates were given at all necessary times meaning that we were never unsure of what was happening within the chain. Overall, a lovely little family run business which is often hard to find these days; We will be returning to these guys if we ever need to sell!
