We purchased a house in Horsford from William's Way and experienced first class service every step of the way. Moving house after 40yrs is an emotional experience. Williams Way listened and were sensitive to this. They were not at all pushy and although they offered advice for selling our period property they willingly followed on our wishes. The property sold the weekend it went on the market for viewings. I had always understood that moving house could be a stressful situation. I can honestly say that the whole process was anything but stressful. I would have no hesitation in recommending William's Way. They have made the usually stressful experience of selling a house so much easier by their friendly, honest and incredibly helpful approach. Estate agents often get negative press and after quite a few dealings with others I can understand why. William's Way is totally different. They managed to sell my house with ease when all others had failed even to the point of having two offers at once. They also seemed to genuinely care and I felt that I could call them anytime and they would resolve any worry or problem I had. Couldn't have been better.

An outstanding experience with this small, local but highly competent, friendly and efficient estate agent. William's Way were by some distance the single best estate agent that I have ever dealt with; I am 56 and have purchased and sold properties both in the US and UK several times. Personal and highly informed, capable service quite unlike the miserable experiences that I have suffered with some of the bigger national firms over past years. Trust is a key word, most especially in the often cutthroat world of property but we felt refreshingly comfortable in all of our dealings with William's Way, which were transparent, well considered and competitively priced. We needed an estate agent to deal with the sale of two houses at the same time with the minimum of fuss. From the appointments for valuations to completion (amazingly both on the same day) Wil and Richard from William's Way have been contactable (especially with extended office hours). Will impressed from the moment he stepped over the threshold of my Mum's bungalow. He was amiable, knowledgable, truthful and very pleasant to deal with. We had three estate agents round, one after the other, and Will stood head and shoulders above the others so the decision as to who to use was easy, ( one didn't even get in the door because of their attitude). The agreed 'deal' was acceptable and the property was on the Internet within a couple of hours. Having used a local agent who cost me time and significant money With time wasters and lies. I decided to ask more than one agent to market the property.
