Comunication and installation of our…

Comunication and installation of our bed was excellent. Very friendly and hard working guys who installed it and explained how the mechanics worked, went the extra mile making sure we were happy and explained the warranty in full detail.

Happy they called to let me know within…

Happy they called to let me know within the hour for delivery. Very friendly and helpful with explaining how to use the chair. Disappointed the chair did not come with heat as expected, but they reassured me I would receive a phone call shortly to get it sorted. Kate

I brought a double electric adjustable…

I brought a double electric adjustable bed back in the summer if 2023 We had a 3 year warranty on the bed. The head part that raises the metal rod snapped, we had 2 guys came out to look at the bed and told us we broke it, this was just before the warranty runs out. I am disabled and I fall quite a lot, but that wasn't the case it just snapped. It was still under a warranty but they said that don't cover due to us breaking it lol. So they said for them to repair the broken part it will cost £600
So if I did fell on it due to my disability I will still have to pay £600. They say they care for there clients... Rubbish they throw the bed onto you and you get on with it. I find this so annoying especially them saying we broke it, yes of course they would more money for this robbing firm. So anyone thinking of buying a adjustable electric bed. I would stop and think first by my mistake. I am so annoyed of how we was treated. If your disabled and happened to fall back on the head rest and brake the metal bar, your pay for that, trust me. Anyone that's just brought a bed like mine, just be aware.I really hope that this will never happens to you. Good luck.

We are sorry to hear of the issues that have been experienced, we completed an independent inspection of the item and this external company confirmed that the defect was as a result of pressure being applied to the head section of the bed which then broke the action.

I ordered a riser recliner chair and…

I ordered a riser recliner chair and settee we had a few issues with the chair ie not working when delivered but Paige in customer service was very understanding and she did her up most to solve the problem they sent two engineers out to fix it Martin and Neil which they sorted it straight away they was very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble top men well done once it was sorted Paige phone to make sure everything went well she a lovely telephone manner very polite

Installation of new bed.

Arrived exactly on time and very polite, efficient and helpful. Removed old bed, vacuumed. Explained very clearly how the bed worked , need to turn mattress , batteries etc Ian and Scott very helpful.

Dean and Billy were excellent.
Delivered and installed the chair, despite struggling with the awkward lift here, and explained how to use the controls.
Thankfully they took away a nasty, cheap, old armchair.

Adjustable Bed Purchase

Since meeting Simon the salesperson who was most helpful the experience has got better with Paige in particular going the extra mile in several conversations in helping to endeavour to get our new bed to us before I have surgery in May. To date an excellent level of service and support . Dave

The representative turned up on time, showed us the bed, went through the brochure and patiently answered all our questions.

Excellent Service

Ocan & Glyn Arrived early to install my neighbours bed (she is in hospital) What a fantastic service.
polite, clean, tidy. Nothing was to much trouble for these two lovely guys.

My mam needed a chair

My mam needed a chair. I arranged the visit. The fella who came was very polite, friendly and had a lot of common sense. When discussing features of the chair in a more strategic manner, the fella was clear on what was needed and what was not. He clearly was not a salesman who was only interested in building his commission up. The delivery timetable given was 2-3 weeks, and that we were to receive a call before the delivery date to set up a time for the delivery and installation. No Issues. On delivery and installation, the fellas were polite, friendly and easy going. they were in the house no more that 20-mins. I Recommend using this company if you have a vulnerable person who needs comfort at home.
