Gary came to our home and demonstrated the bed which we were very impressed with. The order process was simple and Gary was a really nice guy. Matt and Ionut delivered and installed our new bed today. Very efficient, polite and friendly. Couldn’t wish for anything better.

The salesman was extremely professional and friendly…every question we asked - he answered fully and gave us lots of choices and options to guide us through our bed purchase. He also did a full demonstration of the workings of the technical aspects… He provided us with a very efficient service with no pressure; and was very caring when dealing with my elderly mum. Very pleased and satisfied with both the service and the product. Would highly recommend both!! No hesitation to go back to look at other Willowbrook products.

Last year I bought an adjustable bed from Willowbrook and due to their excellent customer service from everyone concerned I did not hesitate in going to them when my riser/recliner chair broke. As with the experience with buying the bed, the person( sorry I did not make a note of your name) who booked my home visit and demo, the salesman (again did not note your name) who came and gave me a demonstration,
measured me and discussed all my options. The chair was delivered today, Martin and Ian who delivered the chair did a fantastic job. My old chair was a huge lump situated in one corner of the room surrounded by my other furniture, but the guys just moved furniture around and removed my old chair. Both guys went above and beyond. They then put all my furniture back and moved my new chair into various positions until I was happy. Thank you also to the guys who made the chair, quality exceeds my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Willowbrook. Thank you everyone.

I had a visit yesterday which I was assured on the phone from Willowbrook would be none pressure and I would be left with a quote- the visit went very well until towards the end when the rep became very pushy when it was obvious that I was not going to buy anything on the day and needed time to consider (it was for a chair-I have a temp one coming from the NHS following an injury but need a long herm option) it seemed almost impossible to get a quote of the costs from the rep, although he left one in the end-but I had to ask him to stop and leave. I was not expecting this behaviour- and threw the willowbrook information I was sent in the bin. The product looked good, but I don't deal with salesmen like that

I am furious that my very elderly Mother was browbeaten (the salesman was at their house for over three and a half hours) into signing away nearly £12,000 for 2 recliners and a “free” tiny settee. The quality is abysmal, the reading lights fell off within weeks, one recliner now doesn’t recline, the covers are not removable and the entire finish is extremely poor and cheap.
The worst part, however, is the after sales service. My parents have been given the run around for months with promises that the issues would be rectified. My parents now have one recliner that doesn’t work, one settee that is so uncomfortable that it’s been relegated to the garage and one recliner that “sometimes” works. In short, £12,000 for a pile of junk.
AVOID.

Small problem on scheduled delivery day which was sorted by Page altering things around.
Great service. This followed by Martin and Stuart who were happy to deliver later in the day, both are a great team setting up the chair in required position in lounge and explaining everything to us.
Great Guys and would recommend this service to all interested parties.

I bought a riser/recliner chair which is still within warranty and is broken. It took 10 days and several phone calls to get a response and was told it would be repaired on an unnamed day between 8.0am and4.0pm. they eventually came but were unable to repair it and took it away. After 10 days I rang them and was told it would be another month ( no-one had let me know). I was promised a loan chair but a week later I still idon'thave one

Pre-purchase experience was fast and efficient and very professional. Salesman and delivery staff were all excellent. However, post purchase problem dealt with very poorly. Three calls to customer services for an engineer to call, but no call back. A complaint resulted in a call and a service call was booked for a week later, but no-one came. When I phoned (3 times again as I kept being cut off) there was no record of the call having been booked. The engineer I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful, but it wasn't his fault. Very disappointing for such an expensive and necessary purchase.

It’s so easy to order the rep on the day name was Brad was fantastic and so helpful. Also when the chair was delivered by Ionut and Matt and couldn’t fault them so polite and made sure we understood the remote before they left 100% satisfactions.
