All communication was very polite. Demonstration was satisfying and instructive. Fast service from order to delivery. Very amiable delivery and installation crew. On the whole this has been a very pleasurable purchase of high quality chairs.

Fitting a new electric bed
We were contacted by phone by Ionut and Mark that they would be with us in about 30 minutes. When they arrived they started right away politely declining the offer of a coffee/Tea.
We left them to carry their work in assembling the new bed and removing the old one, I would say that we were pleased that when they finished, they left the work area clean and tidy, which is not often seen these days.
They explained fully the function of the bed and controls to us both and we were pleased with the effort they put
Would recommend them in any dealings we have with Willowbrook company.

Andy and Mike were very helpful and after putting the bed in place explained how it worked and the instructions in the booklet. I give them 10/10 like all the staff I have dealt with regarding my order. Last night I had the best night's sleep in a while and awakened refreshed and pain free. Thank you.

Our bed from Willowbrook was installed by Chris who gave us a very informative demonstration of the benefits of their adjustable beds. The bed itself was custom made to our specifications and the installation went like a dream. I know my husband will sleep far more comfortably from now on. Bradly came to measure me for a rise and recliner chair. Normally I would not be comfortable with someone unknown to me coming to my home. However, Brad was a fabulous gentleman, he was knowledgable, patient and kind. 100% recommended.

Bradley came to see my mum today, and she is usually nervous with people coming to the house due to her disability. Bradley was amazing and he assisted my mum with all of her disability requirements. I'm sure anyone who has Bradley assist them with their chairs would be as pleased as we are.

Further to my previous post regarding…riser/recliner
Further to my previous post regarding my hanbury riser/recliner, the replacement new chair arrived yesterday and promptly returned.
The chair is not comfortable as my original chair.
The pocket and the hook for remote were on the wrong side
The footrest was not long enough
To me the fabric did not line up, not as symmetrical as my original chair
The remote is a cheap plastic looking thing and has no light on it as my original chair, the mechanism to the chair is also totally different
Although by e mail and phone call, they have not address all the issues
Further and I quote “as confirmed on the phone this will be exactly the same as what you have now including fabric and measurements” it is not
Just the fact that I still have issues with this company
I would not recommend them

We were very impressed with Lee who took his time to explain about the adjustable beds. I didn’t feel at all rushed in the demonstration. He answered my questions, found out my needs so he could advise me properly. I didn’t feel pushed into making a decision, or spending more than I wanted to. I cannot wait to receive my new bed.

What a lovely man our advisor Craig was. He was patient, with no pushy sales tactics. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave good explanations regarding achieving maximum comfort. My sister has ordered the California recliner with the security of a 2 week return period. Will add a product review at a later date.
