I ordered a carhartt jacket from this site and waited a few weeks for the tracking number. After many many emails to them they finally shipped my order after a month and it took 2 weeks longer to arrive. The quality is absolutely terrible made from cheap fabrics and it looks as if it was stitched up by a 5 year old. Please do not waste your money on this site.

Customer service was excellent. Michael was very professional and responded back in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and plan to do more business with them in the future. Christopher C

If I could give a negative 10 review I would. Do not but from this website. They send you fake items and if you want to return they charge you $60 for back shipping.

Like others on here I ordered a sweater in November supposedly a copy of one from a TV show murder in a small town. I never received it and nothing but BS excuses. and they owe me over $100. I think multiple people need to gather whatever hard copies of Communications they can and send it to the state Attorney General‘s office in Florida. Took my own advice and filed a complaint with Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Florida only took five minutes.

I ordered a coat in November never received it. I contacted them in December and they said it was delivered to a strange name in November. So I asked for a replacement. They told me to file a complaint with FEDEX. They say they sent me a tracking number which I never got. And it ends there with no more help from them and they have essentially stolen over $100 from me and refuse to do anything else. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Let’s see what happens.

My husband ordered me the Salute to Service Hoodie for me for Christmas in early November and received it days before Christmas after emailing the company if the product had been sent. I wear a large and so that is what he ordered. I could barely get this hoodie on!! Called customer service and was told to email them with pictures of the ordered item. I did so, and got a reply back saying we had twi options: 1. My husband would get only 15% of the original cost of the product and we could keep the hoodie as complimentary (let's not forget......it doesn't fit!!) OR send the original back at the tune of $45 and will get shipped the size I want to order. HUGE SCAM!!!! GO TO Walmart online and buy one for $45.99!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Broncos Salute to Service Hoodie for my wife for Christmas. On the site I ordered a Female XL. for about $88.00 plus shipping. What I received was a unisex XL. which since its made in Pakistan, their XL is about the size of a United States large, (maybe). Anyway, they told me they shipped what I ordered, and want to charge me $65.00 more to get a new one.

This website is a scam. Ordered a Broncos Salute to Service hoodie on Black Friday & still haven't received it. They're quick to respond via email & apologize, but it's the same generic apology each time. Today is January 1st & I still haven't received my purchase from November 30th. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Don't trust this site. It's too good to be true.

They told me for a month that they would be sure to deliver my order and when it was 3 days before Christmas (today) they lied to me and told me now they forgot and never sent it out. These people were only worried about the 5 star review I would wright! They stink order nothing

Truly the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered two sweatshirts on 10/31. They were never shipped and I had to continuously ask the website where they were. After waiting for over a month I cancelled on 12/7. If I hadn't followed up with them, they would have taken my money and not said a word. I'm convinced this is a spam sight it's so awful. Save your money and time and do not order from there!

Just want to say how amazed at the sales/support team I am with their quick response. I enquired about my order and shortly after I got a response with all questions answered thoroughly. They also make the products themselves which I think is awesome, so I know my partners getting a quality product for Christmas. Thankyou very much Michael from sales!

The sweatshirt I ordered was advertised as the realtree akimbo hoodie collab. It was not that, It was a screen replica. Which I was okay with because it was custom made. But when it arrived the fabric pattern was simply not the same that was on the screen. However, when I raised my concerns about this they were very understanding and offered me a solution up to my par. 10/10 customer service despite the misleading information online. 5 starts even tho I didn’t get the hoodie I wanted because I think it’s a small business and the employees were so nice to me (I can be a b!tch, but thankfully they never had to see that side of me)

I just want to say a massive thank you to you and your whole team ! You guys did an amazing job with the suit. I was worrying a little as it may not fit before it arrived etc, but when it did arrive, I tried it on and it fits me perfectly. Blazer is perfect, very nice quality and the colour is unique and eye-catching. The trousers are very good also and thank you for taking care of the waistband thingy for the trousers. I really do appreciate that! Overall, I am very happy guys and I really have only two words, “exceptional work” !!! Fair play, cannot wait to wear it for my Law graduation !!!

Buyer Beware!! This is a scam site! I ordered a jacket for my son-in-law and it did not look like the image at all. It was a much cheaper knock-off version. It was nothing like what was pictuerd.

When I went to return the jacket it turns out you have to return it to China (which is not mentioned on the website.) It was going to cost more than it was worth to ship it overseas.

They did offer me a 20% refund to keep the jacket, which I was forced to do since it was according to them going to be $70 to ship back to China. I will end up donating the jacket because it is not worth keeping.

1 star is too generous. If you will read this companies reviews both here and on their own website, you will quickly recognize there are many fake reviews with very poor grasp of the English language.
I placed an order August 24, 2024, and reached out to their customer service on multiple occasions to ensure it would be delivered before September 13th. Today is September 12th, the order still lists as "processing" and despite multiple email promises from "John Davis". I emailed them today and finally received a call, stating they promise now it would be here on Monday, September 16. Completely unacceptable, very minimal efforts made to make it right. A legitimate business would have made this right and overnighted the item if it was a series of "logistics issues".

I am highly suspicious of this company even operating in the United States based on my customer experience. Beware, do not do business with this company unless you have a lot of time and money to waste.

From the start of looking for the perfect Coat for my wife’s 13 going on 30 birthday, I continuously struggled finding the right one. When I found Wilson Jackets, I was ecstatic but nervous to order. I found little but saw good. After making the jump and ordering, everything went through and communication was fantastic about my order and any questions I had.

Once I noticed the processing was taking longer than promised, I emailed with concerns about it not arriving on time though I paid the expedited shipping. My main concern was that I would not want the product if I could not get it and I would rather cancel and refund now. I was assured that if it did not arrive on time that I would get a refund. I asked multiple times and got confirmation that it would happen.

The coat has arrived and when I emailed about refund I was called by Ethan. He very quickly told me I could get a refund on my expedited shipping of $20. Once I explained my side of things and I was told about the shipping process, we landed on a mutual agreement and I am happy with how things went as well as the quality of the product. I feel my case is not very common and due to high ordering and miscommunication on both sides I was not aware of how things would go but Ethan hear and understood me and did what he could to make things right!

They make poor quality sweat shop items overseas. Will lie and lie about delivery and turn around times and are completely dishonest.

Also do not trust the various Trustpilot reviews of people who only have 1 review. They are padding their reviews!

The customer service was quick to respond and very friendly! Worth the buy.
