the delivery was a little longer than expected, the bind was easy to fit, it works well and looks great

I ordered blinds for 7 windows over 3 orders. In our second order one set wouldn’t operate ( they sent me instructions how to fix the problem) but we sorted that. Then I complained about the length of the louvres being to short on another window I sent numerous pictures showing this error and what I had actually ordered, eventually they said it was my error which caused them to do the Louvres 15mm to short which it wasn’t but they did offer to give me 50% off new louvres if I ordered replacements which if I do it will be from elsewhere. The wands were also different lengths 50cm and 100cm. I had already placed my 3rd order when I noticed the faults in the second. I have given 2 stars because the other 5 were as ordered. I rarely give bad reviews and I do try and find the positives but I have learned a lesson here.

Well made product. Some instructions for assembly might have been useful but common sense worked ok in the end

Ordered replacement blind slats as some of ours were stained but the replacement ones are not exactly the same as the original so it looks very odd with them being slightly different shade and pattern.

I have used Wilsons Blinds on several occasions over the years. Good quality product at a reasonable price plus easy to install. Overall very happy with my latest purchase.

We have used Wilsons before. Blinds arrived in reasonable time, well packed and no parts missing. This time the order was for a set of three blinds.
We were pleased to find that we could order replacement vertical slats rather than a whole new blind - these arrived at the same time and were easy to fit.
Prices very fair, too!

Positive: they honored their 10% coupon even after I had already ordered.
Unfortunately the positive experience stopped there.
Negative:
I ordered a total of 4 blinds and accessories. On Friday, they informed that the order had been dispatched and would arrive on Monday. However, only 1 blind and 2 accessories arrived on Monday, delivered by DHL. Send email twice to them asking about the missing blinds and asking advice on the roller blind that had arrived but was stiff to pull up and down, but there's no reply. Phoned their customer services on Tuesday and the lady on the phone said that she would give me an update about the rest of the blinds within 24 hours. No call back either. On Friday, 1 blind delivered by DPDIreland. Still 2 blinds outstanding. Called Customer Service on Friday afternoon asking again what happened to the outstanding blinds. This time I was requested to wait until next Tuesday. I agreed. The last 2 blinds arrived on Saturday but no fixings were included. There are dents on one of the headrails. Called Customer Service AGAIN on the following Tuesday and was told that fixings for the 2 blinds would be sent to me on priority delivery. As of today (Saturday), fixings are still outstanding. Also emailed photos of the headrail dents as requested by Customer Service, no reply yet. BTW, Wilsons Blinds' hotline was answered by Blinds Direct.

Something's very wrong with this company:
1) If the blinds were to be delivered separately, shouldn't they informed customers beforehand?
2) Zero after sale service. The roller blind is still stiff to pull up and down. Zero help from them.
3) They never replied emails and empty promises from Customer Service.

Responding to seller's response on 6 Feb:
Fixings for 2 blinds are still outstanding. It's been more than a month since placing order.

Ive used wilsons blinds for years
I have never had an issue with them or their products
The blinds are easily fitted and look great
