Brilliant Service and Great Food
I order online for my elderly frail mother, deliveries are always prompt and the driver helps her put the meals into her freezer. She loves the 'mini' meals which she says are perfect for her diminished appetite. She loves the sponge puddings. They provide an amazing service with great meals that help supports her wish to continue living at home.

i am not satisfied at all at the moment my elderly mother who is 91 enjoys the dinners but every week out of 5 dinners only 3 dinners are mostly available in her area the mini chicken dinner mini shepherds pie and butter nut squash soup i was ordering are now not available out of the half price summer sale there are 12 dinners advertised and not one meal is available in this area which i think is most annoying if things do not improve i will look for another supplier for her meals

The website is very easy to use which helps when ordering. The delivery driver is always friendly and on time with the meals which are not huge but sufficient for us old pensioners.

Great for elderly parent
We buy the meals for my elderly father, who lives with me. He does not very often eat the same meal as us so these are a fabulous alternative. Good choice, good portion size. Polite and friendly delivery.

Easy to order, lots of delivery options, choice of meal sizes. Desserts are quite expensive compared to comparable supermarket items. Recently quite a few options unavailable.

Delivery Mess up
Didn’t deliver on the day they should of, spoke with them and arranged to be delivered to a different address as wouldn’t be home the day they wanted to deliver but they still delivered to the wrong address.
