terrible customer service wouldn't answer phone never rang back bought a ten ton 12v winch had 24v solenoid on would not work promised parts to fix they haven't arrived thought i was buying a good winch how wrong i was avoid at all costs we have lost a big job threw them not ringing back and us having to ring them all the time now we are going to try and get money back
