Advertises very competitive prices for kayaks but old feedback (including the retailer's response) elsewhere suggests that purchases from Windmadness get hit with additional import duties to the UK, payable on delivery by the buyer.
The feedback response from Windmadness says that additional import charges are made obvious on the website but, other than a very reasonable £15 delivery charge, I can't find any reference to extra charges anywhere on their site, even in the checkout process.
There is also no info about delivery timeframes, again with some reviews saying buyers have waited months for deliveries and Windmadness refusing refunds as it's out of their hands.
Most of the reviews are a couple of years old but unfortunately I can't get hold of anyone at Windmadness to clarify. Enquiries via email, their website's help bot, Instagram, Facebook and X have been left unanswered for weeks. I've even tried the info@ email suggested by Trustpilot (which at least did get an autoreply a couple of days ago saying someone would "endeavour" to get back to me)!
Not worth the risk!
