I have been tinting windows for over twenty years and foolishly decided to not listen the awful reviews on here.

Firstly this tint is not fit for purpose if your glass has ANY type of curvature to it!
It is like tissue paper and creases as soon as you look at it.

And please do not try to heat shrink it! As you will find it does not comply to any heat due to it being like tissue paper.

Like other people I had no reply to email asking for a refund and the film has now gone in the bin!

Had my order deliverd but was missing the back window tint..phone them atrate away was told ill send it out strate away for you but still not recived it from them

The window tint film supplied was of very good quality and arrived in great condition the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the delay in sending the product out and the number of phone calls to chase the delivery. Once despatched the product arrived next day.

Great company, fantastic products, rapid delivery, perfect and helpful after sales support. What’s not to like.

Don’t waste your money like I did.
I bought what was supposedly the top quality carbon tint which you pay extra for and I paid for pre-shrunk so it should have fitted straight on without any issues, The product was neither top quality or pre shrunk. I did everything exactly the same as the demo videos using the solution and the fitting kit and it was impossible to get the fingers out from behind the tint so it definitely wasn’t pre-shrunk, I don’t own a heat gun thats why I paid for the pre-shrunk, so the tint ended up creasing whilst applying gentle pressure with the squeegee, once it’s creased it’s ruined so the whole thing ended up in the bin.
Not an easy task even for someone experienced, Don’t waste your time or money with this product. Gutted all that money has gone in the bin and I doubt I will get a refund.

Easy to use website, good prices, helpful customer service, sorted a little issue in a good, professional manner. The cutouts fit perfectly, easy to fit, as a DIY-er I nearly done it perfectly!😁

What a waste of money. Purchased a precut set for my BMW.
10 attempts to fit the rear screen. Didn’t fit / didn’t take into account the curvature of the screen nor the trim. Panel damaged after so many attempts.
Then the rear side windows (no door frame) - the windows drop when opening the door which makes the film crumple everything you open the doors - and as before, completely damaged the tint film.
Completely disappointing and a waste of my money.

Firstly, quality is very good.
It is difficult to install it if its your first time of course but it is already pre-cut so it's very helpful.
Customer service is also perfect, very reactive and helpful.
I would recommend it for beginners.

Fantastic service from start to finish the tints are of top quality and finished the car off•Received the first batch of tints but were delivered with the box damaged in transit so the tints were damaged as well . But window tints were straight on it and a new set came next day delivery . Would highly recommend this company they go. Above and beyond will definitely use again A+++

Ordered with the intension of installing myself, when it came it was missing. I emailed to tell them and I had no response, later found out it had fell out while being delivered and someone from 2 streets across had found it rolling on the floor. I then decided to return as I had no response, I have now still received no response to the return for a refund as of yet. AVOID

Don’t waste your money, very difficult to install for a novice like me, watched all the installation videos, bought their fitting equipment and slime, even bought a heat gun specifically for the task. The end result after several wasted hours was horrible, all went in the bin. Fair enough if you have some experience, and feel confident, but otherwise save your time and money and get a professional to do it!

The templates are OK. Good fit.

The product is shocking. Cheapest single ply Chinese tint you can find.
Its a con. You buy it. Its don't shrink. So you can't fit it. Dry shrink with talc or soap. Even wet shrink won't work. Junk product. Nice computer cut system. Thats it

Like me, you will read the mixed reviews and think that the majority of the bad ones where left by incompetent people.

That was my 1st mistake....

Ordering and receiving the tints was the only good experience.

I spent hours watching the videos and reading the guides. I paid for the fitting kit and upgraded to the "carbon" tints which are allegedly easier to fit.

Following the guides perfectly step by step, the tint would not lie completely flat no matter how much I tried. I have spent hours carefully trying to smooth the film, gently heating to get it to lay flat. No matter what, the film would lift at the edges and eventually crease when you ultimately use too much heat.

After 3 attempts I thought I would try and go for it, and attach it to the inside. I spent a while day of smoothing and heating over and over.

The end result is rubbish with "fingers" round the edges.

I contacted the company who persuaded me it was all my fault and I should buy another tint at a discount. Stupidly I did this and the outcome was the same.

Tints are now in the bin and an expensive lesson has been learnt. I have paid what it would have costed to have them professionally fitted in the 1st place.

These tints are marketed for DIY use and are absolutely not suitable to be installed by untrained persons.

PAY A PROFESSIONAL and listen to the bad reviews.

Fantastic product fitment was perfect. Had a problem with my first order I never received it not window-tint fault is was postal issue but window-tint send me another straight away when i told them about my issue i was delighted with my purchase ☺️

I ordered two sets of pre-cut tints from Window-Tint, and both were completely unusable. My friend, who is experienced in fitting tints, tried to install them and immediately said they were the flimsiest tints he had ever worked with. They creased easily, would not secure properly, and were impossible to fit. To check it wasn’t an installation issue, I later bought tint from Halfords which he fitted without any problems – proving the fault is with Window-Tint’s product.
When I complained, the company refused a refund. Their responses were dismissive, blaming “installation errors” rather than acknowledging poor quality, and they hid behind the excuse that I had thrown the kits away after two failed attempts. They even offered me a discount on yet another order instead of fixing the issue – why would I buy again when the first two sets were unusable?
Looking online, many other customers have reported the same problems: flimsy material, poor fit, creasing, and terrible customer service. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that these reviews are accurate.
Save your money and avoid this company – both the product and the after-sales service are not fit for purpose
