From the first contact to the final fitting, Window Nation UK delivered a really positive experience. Communication was clear, the staff were friendly, and the whole process felt well organised. A week ago a rep called to measure for 2 external doors as we needed wheelchair access and zero threshold, despite saying I would make a decision quickly I have still not had a quote.

Not good service to the disabled,

Window Nation UK recently installed our new windows, and the result is noticeably better than before while keeping a conservative look.
The installation was neat and professional, with no unnecessary changes to the original style of the house.
The windows feel more solid, improve insulation, and blend well with the existing design.
Overall, the work was well done, tidy, and an improvement without being overly modern or disruptive.

The sales rep (Martin) was really helpful, not pushy and got us a good deal. The surveyor was really informative. Fitters did a lovely job and were very respectful. Every step of the way was easy and we are really happy that we chose Window Nation for our new doors and windows. Would not hesitate to use them again!

What can I say from the get go chris and his team were nothing short of fantastic we used them for a catflap install on our rear french doors chris answered all our questions without hesitation no hidden fees or costs reccomended us the best options available for our install came out measured up and received our quote the next day start to finish a 5 star experience highly reccomend !!

The whole process was very smooth, great customer service from beginning to end including aftercare.
The fitting was a quick process, the men who came were professional and friendly, they cut and installed a cat flap into the panel they were fitting. Great price and would highly recommend.

From start to Finish the workman didn’t stop, very polite and friendly and the work they carried out was top job, very happy 👍👍
