Great service from start to finish.We have a bay window and design we were informed we could have was not suitable , so had to go back to the drawing board.This was sorted out quickly.

Beyond happy
Window Nation knocked on our door just in time, as our old conservatory roof needed replacing urgently. Martin came round to give us a quote and explained that it would work out a better deal to go for the roof with the plasterboard and lights inside, which would keep it warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We were a little apprehensive to start with but when Shaun and Mark (I think) arrived they were very professional, they explained everything they were doing along the way and included us in any extra decision making (sockets/plugs etc as we were having 6 spot lights installed -inc) we are absolutely chuffed to bits with it. We can't believe how much cooler it is already in the summer! I have recommended them to my friends already.

DO NOT ENTERTAIN A CONVERSATION. A company that will only provide a quote based on meeting a couple isn’t worth sharing the same air with. Clearly, they are unaware that we have moved into 2025 and WOMEN CAN MAKE DECISIONS WITHOUT A MAN. WOMEN CAN ALSO BUY PROPERTIES WITHOUT A MAN! Even if you offered free windows and doors, I wouldn’t ever deal with your company or recommend your company.

We asked if you and your partner would be there (you said yes) but then he wasn't. We would not have wanted to see your partner without you there either. It has nothing to do with you being a woman as you seem to be saying, it has everything to do with both homeowners being there so we can show both of you the samples, the door brochures and going through the designs so we can give an accurate quote so we don't have to go back and forth and you can get a price based on your mutual decisions.
Agein it is not because you are a woman but because we as a company want to make sure both parties are there!
You're are not a customer so why leave a review?

1,000% recommend to anyone
We were dithering about getting the windows done as they were beyond due, when there was a knock at the door. Behold! The Window Nation fairy! We made an appointment to get a quote, they came and measured up and from that initial appointment to fitting was 6 weeks. Really chuffed with how they look - better than I expected (I was a bit worried as we went from white to anthracite, but they are fab) and everyone we met was great - professional to the max, answered all my annoying questions and George was just amazing. Clean, tidy, respectful and didn't tell me to go away and stop talking at him, although he must have been tempted! AND, he managed to not damage my render which was a big worry - thank you George, you truly are a master of your craft. Would totally recommend these guys in a heartbeat - absolutely amazing.
