Enhanced attention needs to be paid to shipping during warmer periods - i would like to see temperature indicators placed on wines before shipping to provide a higher level of certainty that wine has not been heat damaged. Also, no orders should be accepted if wine sitting over the weekend before delivery …. ( southern California customer)

Love the selection. Had trouble with identifying the recipient. The site kept defaulting to another person. I couldn't override it, and had to call to get it straightened out.
