My insurance doesn't cover infertility. They are "partnered" with win. So I contacted them. They talked up their game, discounts on procedures, and medications.
I asked for a quote, the quote was $16,000. The closest clinic was a $300+ fight away from where I lived, and their Pharmacy discounts were worse than the discounts from Good RX. I was frustrated because:
1. I work at a medical clinic. And the way they were talking about their pharmacy program made me super upset. "Its the best option, Cheapest price." So I asked for what the medications would cost from their program. Consistently $50-200 MORE than good RX. Sure you'll have to jump from pharmacy to pharmacy, but hey if it saves HUNDREDS of dollars then who cares?
2. When I asked if there was anything closer to me as far a clincs go I was met with a flippant attitude like "well its not our fault you live so far away."

Ultimately I wouldn't suggest anyone unless you live close to a clinic even waste your time. $16,000 for one round of IVF, not including medications (over priced) and at least $800 travel cost per clinic, and DAYS off of work to travel, its not worth it at all.

So I see someone just yesterday had the same experince I just did.
I wasted my damn time. I told them several times my meds are covered through my insurance. But the quote came back to be over $24,000 and I have to get at least two meds from them (that I already have). This "savings' is $6,00 more than me just doing what I need on my own. This may be good for people without insurance or lower grade insurance. I wish everyone luck.

I was strongly advised to work with Winfertility, under the recommendation that it would be far more affordable than the alternative of paying out of pocket. I had insurance but was told that it was likely that none of my procedures or medications would be covered. I went ahead and worked with Win but when I calculated the total cost of treatment at the end, found out that I saved 0 dollars by working with them. Also, working with Win meant I forfeited the potential to submit any of my expenses to insurance which meant that net net, I definitely lost money by going through them. I recommend women who are interested in fertility treatment calculate the total cost of medication and think long and hard before working with Win.

Would use again , was nice to have a discount ,since we have no insurance coverage for IVF

I would have rated it higher except for the fact that the process was not as smooth as I thought it would be. A couple of times I was promised by Angela that she would call right back only to have to call myself back the next day. I understand that as an employee you’re busy with multiple duties or patients BUT as a patient we are already stressing about the situation and to have to sit by a phone waiting on a call does not help the situation! She also does not have the best caring voice, she seems to have an attitude but maybe it’s just her monotone voice. It took a lot on my part to make sure I was given everything needed and just a bit stressful process on top of the already stressful fertility issues. Other than that I’m thankful that WIN Fertility was able to help us with what little they did! Thank you

When my fiancé and I started to shop around for IVF treatments we were truly discouraged because we felt every option was financially impossible. Then we came across WINFertility and they saved our dream! We finally have started our IVF journey thanks to WINFertility’s amazing treatment plans and we are forever grateful!

The lady who receive my calls she must leave the job she don’t even have any manners to talk like seriously am paying you self pay and you talk like am nothing so hurt and never get this service I hate it

As anyone who’s gone through infertility issues knows, it can be tough. And you can have lots of questions! EVERY single time I’ve called WinFertility with a question, concern, inquiry, etc, they have been more than helpful and KIND. I can’t say enough great things about their customer service. Very helpful, patient, and thorough.

I have been so pleased with all of the information and advice I have gotten from Win. I had spent hours looking up doctors and success rates and trying to figure out which one I should go to but then the nurses were able to direct me to a practice where the doctor had very good success with older patients. After my first appointment, I immediately felt like I had made the right choice. It was also nice having one bundled price that I knew would cover everything.

I think this survey should go out after you have completed working with WIN. I'm only part way through the process. There was A LOT of miscommunication in the beginning. Also, WIN and my clinic couldn't seem to get on the same page. Going through a process like this is stressful enough without worrying that things aren't being communicated properly. We finally got on track and I'm praying that everything continues to go smoothly. I haven't started the IVF process yet though so I will still need to work with WIN for any med refills and transfer. This three stars could easily move to 5 if the rest of this journey is hassel free.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. My company offers Winfertility as a benefit for individuals that have exhausted the insurance options. Needless to say this is why I chose this company. I was under the impression that it would be my best option and it turned out to be the worst. I have been trying to track down the status of my order since Thursday (right before the holiday weekend). I stressed the importance and my request was disregarded.

I am truly disappointed that even after receiving multiple calls and emails since Thursday May 23rd no one from Winfertility or The Participating Pharmacy (I was nice to not disclose the name at this time) has contacted me.

Please do not use this company, this company and the doctors working together to make money, they do not care if you succeed with a family because they get paid for it if they make mistakes. They would send you to a doctor they know, and I never made it to the retrieval procedure and was charged for it. On top of that once they see the process failed then they give you a refund back but charge more for the medication more then what the doctors office charge. I spent $13,379.00 the doctor charged me after failing my procedure $3449.00 and winfertility refunded me only $3,340.00 because they told me the medication was more expensive, but that’s the purpose of going through the company because medication supposed to be discounted which it was when I first started, the doctor charge should of been more than medication. You only get a discount on medication if the baby succeed. Make sure you ask them everything before spending your money because this is a total set up. No baby, doctors lies, and winfertility rip off at the end of the whole process. It will be best to go out of state and have insurance that covers fertility because winfertility lies too.

Everyone was very personable and helpful. I was really impressed.

They are very helpful and quick to respond. We had a lot of questions and hesitations about going through someone other than our specialist's office. But they are great at communicating with the doctors and with us. They minimized our costs by a lot and really want to help make your experience positive. All of the medications were sent on time with a lot of helping information about storage and administration. I would definitely recommend using them for IVF or anything else.

When I first went to see my IVF doctor they recommended this company to use for financing. While in process of trying to get pregnant I paid winfertility in full to make sure I received my medications on time. They never sent my medications when they were suppose to and almost delayed my entire process. I had to drive an hour away to pick up my meds in order for me to start my first dosage on time. This is suppose to be a stress free process and they did nothing to help me. When it was time for winfertility to refund my credit back it took them over two weeks to process it and then told me if I did a credit with then I would get a higher amount. I refused the credit and asked why would they not reimburse for my gas..after speaking to two supervisors they told me they can not refund my gas money and just they are sorry....a big company like this can’t refund their customer $20 for the inconvenience they caused ?? What a joke
I would never use them again and will warn all of my followers on social media what kind of stress they bring while trying to conceive. What a shame

The friendly staff at WINFertility answered all of our questions and made the entire process as easy as possible. The bundle system made paying for everything easy, and we plan to use their services again to pay for our transfer cycle.
