⁷The worst experience I ever faced in betting company. They sent me a text message regarding a bonus of 100% up to 100 euros and I bet all 200 euros and when I placed the bet and waiting to won 400 euros however I saw that I had only 200 euro in my account. Keep in mind that they the next day they told me that i allowed to bet only the 50% of the bonus thats why they decline my bet. This was not writen in their terms for the bonus!!!!! I asked them why through customer support and they told me they don't know why and they will forward my request. As i explain before, the next day I checked my email and they told me that I am not allowed to place a bet of the total money I have in my balance (bonus included) on my first bet and they told me also that the next time I breach the rules they will act accordingly! This is terrible I asked my money I deposited back and they told me that they will not send my money back(the 100 euros i deposited)!!! They told me that i must place bets!!!

They try to find any possible way not to withdraw your money. I never met such a horrible horrible service ever from all the gambling companies out there

All good until you win and try to withdraw your money..then the nightmare starts..they never approve your withdrawal on time and they keep asking for unnecessary documents from you which they already have..just to avoid to send your money..and dont get me started on the horrible customer service which they never reply or try to help in any way..stay away from this scammer

Best scammers in europe. Winmasters.gr. Limit of you win more than a couple of euros. No reason keeping your funds. It s 30% chance that they will pay you over 10 euros

This refers to winmasters.gr which should be OUT of business. They only want to have customers who spend money and NOT win. They LIMIT your bets even if you have won only 10€. Dont waste your time and money to these scammers.

Made a new account , got the 100% first deposit bonus, placed a bet with real money not bonus , watched the event ( won the bet ) then checked my account and was shocked when i saw an email sent from the company 4 minutes before the event started , that was saying that the bet was cancelled by decision of the relavant department.made a complaint in the authorities.If anyone want to play in an online bookmaker there so many reliable sites . Definitely stay away from this one

Nearly impossible to withdraw money..
Always some documents are missing or need verification or some other bs cancelling your withdrawal..
Ofcourse when you give them what needed they need 72 f@ing hours to review... enough time so you can relapse and play that money..

Casino slots have limited winnings..

Scammers, they don't let you withdraw what you won even if you did the sum of betting it states. The never approve until you play them and when you play them they scam you. I personally put bets on Aviator on which I withdrew at X1.64 and it got a message that it was out of time before it reaches 1.94 and flies away. Then next 3 bets the airplane apparently never left X1 until it flew but the screen up said it flew at 2.2 1.75 etc . So , total scammers.

They are the biggest cheaters! Paid a total of €633 but received only €522. Then, without any reason and just to play tricks on me, the placed limits on my Account.
