Absolutely disgusted with this company, they are the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.
No customer service, they take your money and do not pay out without you having to chase them.
Lure you in and you basically wave your money goodbye. :(

Made withdrawal on 2 February and still nothing,contacted chat and allways same answer that finance department is still working on it

Don't play here, it's a scam. Read there terms and conditions you literally can't win because you are capped at lifetime withdraws of 10x your most recent deposit, they take months to process anything. The games don't play as they should (e.g wanted dead or a wild can 2 scatter and not land a bonus) I did 15 gates of Olympus buys and didn't hit a single multiplier and any bonus at all.

Yet another foreign site with dead spins, no bonuses or even bonus symbols showing. Played 200 spins at 20p per spin and not once did I see a scatter symbol.
Have given evidence to Gambling commission. My advice is lets get these sites closed by not depositing on them.

Received first withdrawal £100 within 2 weeks received £800 within 7 weeks now waiting on £300 to be approved for withdrawal it's not a bad site decent selection of games I don't mind the short wait as I know I'll recive the money. 14/5/23 no sign of my 3rd withdrawal unable to find the site now won't let the page load up so guess I'm not getting the 300 now haha but hey im up from my other withdrawals

Absolute scam do not sign up. It's more like loser casino than winner casino. If you want to deposit your hard earned money in this casino and be charged for it as well and never win anything then this is for you otherwise stay well away from this ridiculous rubbish casino.

I Signed up then checked trustpilot and decided against depositing, im harassed daily with emails, text messages and phone calls. I unsubscribed but they still keep coming, i contacted them directly but yet they still keep harassing me!

Do not use been waiting a month now for winnings keep telling me they are still reviewing the account and that now they can take as long as they want to issue the winnings live chat rude and just cut you off without finishing the conversation

There’s not to say or review about this scam site that hasn’t been said already. Personally I should have know better, I did not check out this gambling site before J deposited my money. It took them 1 minute to take £250.00 and then had the nerve to charge for the transaction. Then they ask for verification of who you are and proof of earnings etc. etc.

As they wouldn’t verify me, and wouldn’t let me play any games, I tried to withdraw MY deposit back. You guessed it, still waiting 2 months down the line. I have had to chalk this up as a write-off now.

I will say though that i tapped a link off someone’s profile whilst they were playing slots live on TikTok. Now, if I see any profiles playing live on TikTok I comment on their live comments to warn everyone they are scammers.

First of all this is a trust based industry where when we lose we have to just accept it. When we win the same should apply from the company and pay.
Receiving winnings is the best part of winning gambling.

Its funny how everyone complaining about withdrawals not being paid out, I did a deposit 3 days ago and the money were drawn from my bank instantly but it still says 0 on my account. The support just keep saying its "pending".

I been experiencing casinos with slow or even non existing withdrawal routines, but not even getting my deposit credited to the account was a new one :`)

I reccomend you think twice before playing on this site.

i’ve been waiting since 15 th december for my withdrawal they just keep telling me they have to check game play and make sure rules have been followed i think it’s a scam customer support are no help 2 months i’ve waited they are to be avoided

I have been reading here about this site and only seen bad reviews. The site does feel abit shady. Just the payment after 21 works day thing kinda threw me off guard and it lags so much, can barely contact support. Though at the end of the day I still got my payment. It only took 2 work days for me so I dont really understand why it has been so slow for everybody else. Maybe I was just lucky. I really hope everybody gets there winnings. I don’t really have anything bad to say as they were nice to me and I got my payment, but I don’t think I will be playing there again as I like instant payment and better sites. Best of luck to you all if you decide to play on this site. I only write this because I don’t want people to lose hope in getting payed.
