Winner Casino is totally bent
Further to my previous review, I too have now waited over the 21 Working Days this cowboy operation advises to wait and am now being told Risk Dept. is reviewing. It's just laughable. Next it'll be the tea lady's turn to review.
This site claims to be regulated by the Curacao Gaming Board but I have emailed them and am awaiting a response. I'm not holding my breath.
For anyone coming across this, I have uptaken no bonus funds (therefore no wagering requirement) and the amount is under 2k. They took my deposit within minutes (shock) and now a straightforward, legitimate withdrawal is entering it's 6th week.
They have big name providers on their website who I am going to contact but now sure it'll help.
I only wish there were a way of making such things more public for people to see before making any deposits. Regardless of whether they pay me out from here or not (hope is fading) holding onto winnings for this length of time is unlawful and no other casino operator does this.
Stay clear. That's as simple as I can make it.
They can't even remove me from their mailing lists either FYI. Complete GDPR breach but having asked 4 times without them being able to process, I've given up hope on this front, too.

SCAM site please do not use people stay away. I deposited money played and won £699 and I have been waiting nearly 8weeks for my winnings. I go on chat and they give me the same excuse that the finance department are dealing with it and to be patient I’ve asked for a tel number for them and the finance department but they said that there is no number. They are quick enough to take your money but seem to refuse to pay your winnings. Absolutely disgusting. EDIT: it has now been nearly 11 weeks still giving me the same excuse about the finance department and still have not received my winnings.
