Best customer support of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They were very fast in addressing my issue. Unlike many other companies, they seem to care.

I tried 9 different well-reviewed DVD stripping programs, before settling on WinXDVD. My experience in the last year has been outstanding. When there were problems with stripping, the software creates a log file that can be sent to tech support, and they always respond within a short time. The only time I could not get stripping to work has been with damaged DVDs that I cannot even read in DVD players.
I am in the process of stripping my deceased brother's big collection of hundreds of classic movies to MP4 for streaming to my home TVs. This software has been a blessing in that effort.
I am very, very, very satisfied. Now I have to check to see if this company has a Blu-Ray stripping program.

No problems with WinX DVD or it's super staff
I had a problem, sent the log file and within minutes the problem was explained. It was the operator not the App. I never get replies to log files when I send them off, for example SolidWorks (Dessault Systems) never give feedback.
A great service and user experience.
Plus the product does exactly what it says it can - I can't fault the App or the service.

I've been using WINXDVD for over a year and found it works beautifully with all the features I need to burn my DVDs to digital format. Had one issue but it was resolved the same morning with a quick response from support. Works beautifully in transforming DVDs to digital (MP4) with very little setup.

I can’t believe these 5 star reviews regarding the customer service are real. My experience with them has been extremely bad and disappointing.
I purchased the software because their trial version won’t let you work with a video file longer than five minutes. I did not have such a short video file to work with, so I purchased it due to the good reviews and knowing they had a 30-day money back guarantee. It turns out, the way they advertise that guarantee is very misleading, indeed.
There are major strings attached. My program crashed multiple times, or abnormally terminated the process with an error code. I uninstalled the software as I had gotten no use out of it whatsoever. When I requested my refund, I was met with a curt response from the representative telling me to take screenshots of my entire process and send them to tech support. I replied, repeating my complaint including the details of what happened, and received another response, essentially letting me know that if I couldn’t prove that their software was at fault it must be an ‘operation error.’ No, sir. I read the specs and user guide multiple times before and during use. Everything checked out on my end.
Misleading, crummy company that takes no accountability for their janky software. 0/10 do not recommend.
Update, 10/26: At the time of my original review, I had already been in touch with the representative from the Digiarty Support Team. No progress was made, just a lot of back and forth. I was appalled when I received an email from the representative letting me know that they would process my refund, "And please remove your bad review firstly."
Essentially, saying I will get my refund IF I remove my bad review. I declined to remove the review, but said I would update it once my refund was processed.
The rep. responded by saying that they would close my refund request ticket, and not contact me again (I had requested that they not contact me again unless it was to approve my refund). This is completely unethical, if not fraudulent. If they process my refund I will update my review to reflect that, but I'm not going to hold my breath. I have never had such a weird experience with customer service. I have saved every email and taken screen shots, and am reviewing my options, moving forward. Will update, regardless of how this plays out.
Final Update 11/1: Thankfully they approved my refund request after I posted my last update. My bank processed it today, and all is well. I am grateful that they refunded me, and hope that in the future they strive to make the process more customer-friendly. (I had to argue back and forth with the person helping me several times when, frankly, no emails, besides a confirmation, should have been necessary.) I'm glad it's over. For what it's worth: I know someone who used their DVD ripping software and they said it's great, so it's definitely a mixed bag with this company. If you order their products and are dissatisfied, be ready to fight for your case (and definitely take screenshots and save all correspondence, just in case).
I'm glad they did the right thing and honored their guarantee eventually. Upping my review to 2 stars because I'm happy with the outcome, but still very unhappy with the overall customer service experience.

Hi, ordered this item in error, guided by misleading advertising.
Claimed a refund, received a reply from ' telling me 'No Refund allowed'.
update Removes features
as of the may update they removed the download feature - this is unacceptable, in Winx HD video converter they are pushing an "update" that removes features - they have also removed any mention of the feature from their site, I believe in an attempt to make users switch and pay for new software - I believe it is very unethical to remove a feature ESPECIALLY when the update does not mention this, luckily I have a previous installer so I could revert to a functioning version.
this is just bad practice and also not caring about your customers
this is a really sh**ty move

After I reset my computer I had a problem with my VideoProc, after contacting Digiarty, Shirley responded promptly, reset my license and everything was restored. Excellent customer service, well done!
WinXDVD gets a 5 star rating from me
I have been using WinXDVD for several years now. In all of that time I have only had a copy of issues in burning a CD or DVD. Each time I was successfully able to complete my task by using SAFE mode at the suggestion of the support staff.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I was having problems reactivating my originals software that was some years old after moving to a new pc. Had my new license emailed to me within 30 mins of submitting a support enquiry. I use the winx dvd platinum software and based in the UK. Very good support thank you.

I HATE paying for software, but after trying WinXDVD Converter, I broke down and purchased it and I have never regretted it for a minute. It works easily and exactly as promised. I've had a couple of issues reactivating my account after an update, but can say, without reservation, the customer service of this company is exemplary. I recommend this product and this company highly. I would have given six stars!

Total scam. The software doesn't work as advertised, and you end up in an endless loop of "customer service" until they can run out the 30-day refund window. DO NOT give this company any of your money.
