Wiper Blades-refills Reviews 

No indication on the website that this company is not based in UK, but they have a .co.uk address and it states London as a location. However cannot find any UK phone number and my emails have remained unanswered. Turns out they are a Spanish Company. Ordered replacement Mitsuba wiper blades for my Honda. Web page states Royal Mail delivery 3-5 days. Finally they arrived today (12 days) from France! Fortunately for me they are the correct ones for my car and I have fitted them, although not yet tested. It appears from reviews that many customers get the wrong ones.
Had they been honest up front and stated on the web page that delivery is from Europe, I would still have bought with the knowledge that delivery will longer, and this would have been a 4 star review. Come on management, get a grip. Look at all the poor reviews that could have been avoided.

Terrible communications.

Further update 16/10: The company have contacted me and apologised for slow delivery due to localised problems. It appears they were a UK Company who relocated. Seem pleasant people. Will use again. Have changed rating to 4 star as they still need a UK phone number.

I would give no stars if possible. They sent the wrong wiper blades. Despite me sending two requests for a refund, they have not even had the courtesy to reply. Totally ignored me. DO NOT BUY from this shower !

Plus ....... Despite having UK in their name, they are not based in the UK. They are (probably) in Biarritz - south of France, which is why I had to wait 10 days to receive them. They still got it wrong ! AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Would give nil stars if I could. I wish I'd read reviews first. Ordered a month ago, still no sign of the items. I've chased customer services multiple times but received no response. Despie being called "UK" it transpires the company is based overseas. They are using Covid as an excuse for delivery delays still. Don't waste your time and money. I will report back if I ever receive a response or the items..

In my case the order was acknowledged 7Feb, and they say it was shipped 10Feb but nothing has been delivered.
I get no response to any messages I send them.

Took ages for the refill to finally arrive (initially I didn't realise it was coming from Spain .... how are they allowed to have UK in the company title?) ..... only to discover it didn't fit my design of wiper blade.
Tried various ways of contacting company, none of which resulted in a response.
Just a black hole.
I hope they enjoy spending my money!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my refills. Only after tracking the order after wondering why they hadn’t arrived did I find out they were being sent from France, with some excuse about covid-related problems…..come on guys, think up a new excuse! When the refills arrived, both had a very small defect at mid length, presumably caused by them folding them to fit in the A5 size envelope they were sent in. I now have a small line of water left on the windscreen, instead of the few lines I had with my old wiper blades - not really what I wanted. My first experience of using refills has not been a positive one! I have asked for replacements to be sent to me…fingers crossed!

Beyond rubbish. Forwarding web page to fraud squad.

On 1 Nov I ordered 2 sets of wiper blade refills, 6 in total. Order number WWAEJZRTE was acknowledged, and I was told had been dispatched. After 3 weeks nothing had arrived so I e-mailed customer services. An automated reply said they would look into it, and a week or so later a package arrived from France. The packing slip listing was correct but the contents were just 3 strips of rubber, none of which were wiper blades. The website says they have a 60 day returns policy, but the website has no phone number or postal address to return to. I e-mailed them asking how to return the items and get a refund (there are no instructions on the website) but have heard nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered six wiper blades from this company. Delivery took about two weeks and then every blade ordered was the wrong size. No reply to the emails I have sent them two weeks later.

Avoid! Needed refills for my Vitara. Entered my vehicle details using the 'Find my Windscreen Wipers' on their website and selected the recommended refills. After a long wait, a package eventually arrived from Biarritz, France containing blade refills that were totally incompatible with my wipers. After 1 month, I am still waiting for a response from their customer services team. I might as well have chucked my money in the Channel. I visited Vipa Car Parts a UK company based in Runcorn and bought fully-assembled replacement wipers for the same money.

The website said my blades would be with me in 24-72 hours which is why I bought them. It took over 2 weeks because they were shipped from France! No replies to any of my emails asking about them. Then when they did come I still had to use a Stanley knife to cut them up because they were quite clearly not going to fit my wipers. Don't waste your time, energy or money.

I purchased wiper blade inserts to replace old ones not the first time I have replaced inserts, after carefully making choice by all information and videos on the sellers website it was 100 % looking like the right choice but after needing to cut one end of the insert it took over an hour to feed it through don’t know how long it will last, I contacted customer services twice by email via website for information on how to return the other 2 inserts I purchased because there is no returns information on website 10 days have passed now and nothing yet all in all I would I advise to go to car dealer for replacement of insert and steer clear of this company.

They were fine over a year ago when I last ordered, but a recent order, the rubber blades came, but looked slightly different to before had company logo on side of rubber, although profile shape looked same, must've been slight mm out, as it was impossible to slide into wiper, previous order had been fine. Emailed support, got ref, that was it, no response, emailed them twice, terrible customer service. Don't know how they can offer 60 day return when they don't even respond to support.

Placed my order on 30/03/21. An e-mail was received stating they had been dispatched, along with a notice about delays due to Covid-19, on 31/03/21. N.B. The text of the e-mail included
"Due to Covid-19, we have reduce the exposure of our teams all over Europe and kept only one warehouse open in Biarritz (France).
All orders are sent from France and deliveries will last more than usual. All orders will be delivered, don't worry. Hope you will understand the situation.
We truely wish you the best and hope you and your family are and will be fine."
The wiper blades were received on 07/04/21.

I read all of the other reviews after placing my order and immediately felt sceptical about ever receiving the product. As my experience differed from others I felt obliged to add this review.

Note despite the .co.uk web address this is a Spanish company VISION TABS SLU. The wiper blades for my Mazda arrived within about 5 days which is good and were exactly the right profile.
Unfortunately despite the product specification stating they were 26 inches long the blades sent to me were only 22 inches. I have sent them photographs and filled in their customer care forms 3 weeks ago but apart from acknowledgment emails accepting my query no response whatsoever.

I honestly bought from this company then read the review here and got worried. I should NEVER have worried. The communication was excellent and both of my blades took 4/5 days to arrive from France. First Class !!

Please could you advise to the authentification of this company. It appears from reviews that they do not exist. I have absolutely no belief that the exist due to the fact they do not respond to mail .

I ordered my wiper blade refills on the 22nd July,they sent me an email on the 23rd July saying they had been dispatched from France due to covid19.
I have still not received my order as of 14th September. Despite numerous e mails to the company asking about my order,I have had no reply.
My order cost £28 75.
Don't buy from this company.
