Problems with Quality
There have been problems with quality control. I ordered the same postcard three times in a row, cause there were major flaws and even the reprint arrived flawed. I'll have to look for a new manufacturer.

Very good quality and service
Normally, everything works perfect, the ordering system is very good and clear, once I order and pay, everything comes quickly and in very good quality of production.
In addition, the prices are very competitive and are usually the best you can find.
Here and there , I experienced some little problems, but the customer service was always good and helpful, and always try to help and solve the problems as fast as possible.
So while not everything is always perfect, I would fully recommend Wir Machen Druck.

You still cannot provide a full shipping address.
I understand that there can be many orders, but making the same mistake three times in a row?
I have emailed you a dozen times already, I have written to you through your website. You have already failed three times to write the correct, complete address that I gave you in every letter. What is this, malicious intent?
Look, I'm in Kyiv, Ukraine, without electricity. I ordered business cards for my girlfriend in Munich for her art exhibitions. She paints pictures about how we, Ukrainians, are experiencing this war. She should have had business cards two weeks ago. I paid for quite expensive business cards, paid for their speedy production and delivery. She still does not have business cards, and several exhibitions have already passed. It turns out that you not only stole our money, but stole from us the opportunity to tell the world about our war.

It is a great pity that you are not satisfied with our service.
To our regret, the recipient's name was noted as the place of delivery at the address given. Therefore, the shipping service provider was understandably unable to deliver. When we asked, our colleagues unfortunately received the same address several times, which could not be used. So delivery was still not possible.
Our colleagues in the back office are currently clarifying the matter with the shipping company, which has determined the correct location, so that the goods will probably be delivered on 28 November.

German Efficiency? Must be a myth!
I ordered business cards, A6 postcards, A3 posters and a roll up large poster on the 3rd October to be ready for the 19th October, to be delivered to an address in Germany. The business cards arrived no problem, however the rest of the order was nowhere to be seen. As the order had not been sent out in time to for the event I was attending, I attempted to change the delivery address to the hotel I was staying in, The A3 posters arrived at the hotel the after the event started, meaning added cost to go back and forth to the hotel to pick them up. No sign of the poster or A6 postcards, It turns out that the poster had been delivered to the original address even after asking them to deliver to the hotel, there is still no sign of the A6 postcards they could be anywhere! Even more cost now to get the poster shipped to the UK now I'm back home. Why the company could not ship everything out in one package I do not know! This has cost me a whole lot of extra money and chasing around that could have been avoided. If I could give half a star for the actual printing job I would but if there is a next time for this event, I'll get them done in the UK and pay extra baggage allowance, it would be a lot cheaper!!!

The order with the roll-up was successfully delivered according to the shipment log. We regret that there was a delay in production. According to the shipping service provider, the posters and postcards could not be delivered and were therefore returned to us. Our colleagues in the shipping department immediately complied with your wishes and forwarded the orders to the desired hotel address. This was sent as an express at our expense.
As these are different items that are manufactured on different production lines, it is unfortunately not always logistically possible to send them together. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
Should one or more articles no longer be usable for you, we would like to ask you to complain about the corresponding orders by calling 0711 995 982 20. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
