A bit confusing and difficult to get a special order but other than that once of the best price to quality options out there!

We ordered 750 catalogs that we needed for Biofach 2022.
They had to deliver our catalogs a few days before the beginning of the fair but they were late.
I called them and they promised will send the order but it didn't come till the 3rd day of the fair!
We had to make an emergency print of catalogs in a local print house which cost us a lot of money

I ordered printed bags for almost 400 euro two weeks ago. After a day I received an automatic answer that the files don't work, so I uploaded it again. It still didn't work. At this time I asked to cancel my order, so they refunded me for 20 Euro from the whole sum.
I haven't heard from them for almost a week now. No tracking number, no refund and my order is not in their system.
I would never make that mistake again.

I recommend this company for quality printing. I have being printing there for over 5 years

They are fast and my posters are always very well printed.

Unfortunately, I had to be disappointed. My flyer has been in production for two weeks and my customer is raging. I will probably have to order the flyer elsewhere. I wrote to the customer service but they keep lying about the production, my garden to cancel my order but it is under production and they do not know. It has been produced for two weeks. Top quality, top prices and service - very professional. Not been dissapointed yet since I started working with them around 4 years ago. Up to now had postcards, A3 Calendars, Lanyards and Mugs done- top notch!

I was ordering a lot from you through 3years, but what happened now? Order from 28.2. I needed for this weekend didn't even left from you after 11 days!! 5 times I asked refund of vat without any answer! Nobody answers emails, my order is not dispatched and I desperately needed my order today - what I wrote in all 5 emails I didn't even get answer to. This is really very very bad service.
I hope after this someone will answer my emails and not just copy message here without any attention.
I am very disappointed!

ACTUALISATION - as other here - full of lies telling me my order was 2 times lost on the way???? What nonsense. Still don't have my order from 28.2.! This is the worst experience I ever tried. No tracking number, no help. I am desperate. Especially as my order was a donation for Ukraine, so you keep away the possibility to earn money for donation. SHAME ON YOU!

When the order was not received on the date that it was stated (25.11), I did call them about the order, and they assured me it would be sent to me within a couple of days.
When nothing arrived the week after, I called and mailed again, and again they told me that they would send it latest the week after.
The week after, nothing arrived again. I emailed again, and they told me that I would have to wait again, at least a week.
I told them that they should communicate proactively to me so that I can plan. They ignored this feedback and request.
The service line was always busy, and I had to wait for up to 30 minutes before I could speak with someone.
Their mails were always friendly and on the phone I also got a friendly impression.

In the End, I was forced to cancel the order.
I did receive a full refund.

As mentioned in my last review, they messed up my prints, horribly. Printed incorrectly, with the wrong border sizes, and still showing a printer guide printed on top of my image! They reprinted them 3 times, all horrible. I spoke with a representative on the phone, who told me that "white borders are difficult, because if they're cut improperly, it's very clear to the human eye" Next he suggests printing with no white border. I asked if this would cut into my graphic. He gave an ambiguous reply, saying their was a 1mm margin of error. He said that all of these misprints were "bad luck" (way to avoid accountability). When I asked for a direct contact for the production team, he said that this wasn't possible, because they outsource their prints to many small companies, so it's random where it's printed. The fourth reprints from them arrived today, and, like their last prints, there was a HUGE error cutting, which totally cropped my image (and much more than 1mm!). This company is doing things cheap and sloppily at the expense of quality. I just want my prints done properly. How hard can that be for a print company???

EDIT: In response to the reply from WirmachenDRUCK - I absolutely did complain before (this is a new order because I was refunded for the last THREE reprints, and had to place a new order to have it reprint it a fourth time, which again resulted in a failure). The photos were sent directly to the reklamation email and on the reklamation form online before your response.

Very fast printing and at a very high quality.

I'm still impressed how they can deliver so fast and good quality. Also for very low quantities.

Placed order --- again the order is delayed --- and do not reply to emails

so will not be ordering again

Good morning George, you assuming I've received the goods, don't think it's been even despatched yet. Can you advise when I should receive as should receive by 9th, now its 16th.

Simply put, the quality level to price point is great and they are receiving 5 stars based on that alone.

After looking into, and almost ordering stickers from, a number of other companies, I settled with Druckerei WIRmachenDRUCK because their price was by far the best!

I truthfully didn't know what to expect in terms of quality, but after receiving the stickers and postcards (which arrived ahead of schedule) I was very happy!

The website is a very old school/ghetto, but I was able to figure it out. The other drawback was that you cannot use an international credit, (pretty sure it was German only). I was able to find a workaround, but this could certainly be improved upon in the future.

Another positive is that they have a phone number where you can speak to a real human! Many of the others sites I was looking into did not.

Easy order process, good prices, fast delivery in time, no issues with print. Sounds too nice, but I just stated the facts, it is ideal for quick and uncomplicated projects.

Running out of patience....
I have been using this company the past year. Up until June 2021, everything has been great. But books started showing up past the expected arrival date. I had a book that the inside was printed twice. Several books have arrived damaged. This last order. the book was shipped to me late. It arrived damaged. I submitted the reklamation on the 14th. Was sent an email that i will receive it the 21st. (it's ridiculous that one should wait another week to receive a wrong/damaged order). On the 22nd, I still had no book. Received an email today (23rd) saying that I will receive the book by the 30th!!! When we try to talk to someone. They just say that it's not their problem. That it takes 7 days and cannot be rushed. But it is NOT 7 days, it will be 15 days! It takes 15 days to receive a book now?! They just put my order into be printed today! the 23rd! So what happened the last 9 days!?? They have become unreliable!

Positives:
-The shirts look awesome!
- I was able to call the service center for help a couple times with questions (one very nice lady, one kind of rude - which for Germany is not bad odds)
- it was really quick and delivered within the week
- lots of information on website

Negatives
- the sizes seem to run really big, especially the child sized 164...which was bigger than the women’s large at the shoulder. A better description of the sizes would have helped with sizing in cm and age range like what is on the t shirt labels. Most of the kids were 158 so we ordered up because the sizes were 140, 152 and 164 - but they are really really humongous.
- lots of information on website also made it difficult to find or refind the info needed

Overall- pleased with the t-shirts and service! I will recommend to our school.
