Used this company based on the trust pilot reviews and the professional looking website. Found my new gaming computer and purchased with extremely swift delivery, next day! Set up the computer easily as already built and the machine is beautiful! Upon starting to load games onto it I noticed it didn't have the right amount of storage! I emailed the company and got a quick response apologizing and offered options. I took the part refund as I'm just going to fit a SSD myself that's bigger. But overall really great company despite the error. The PC is great!

Full PC Upgrade

I reached out the the guys at Wired2Fire after meeting them at an event to upgrade to a 5090 GPU. After talking to Craig, who was understanding and clear with the cost and upgrade needed to make the vision work, we settled on the build and then booked in a day.

On the day, Dan and the other gents at the site were friendly chatty and knowledgeable while they built my PC quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend these guys for custom PC builds, and pre-built designs for gaming PCs. Great work!

I had a really great experience. The team is really responsive and delivered my 5090, 9950x3d system in a small factor form, in a timely manner. The prices were fair too, and the PC has been working perfectly out of the box. I would highly recommend W2F team.

My first impressions of Wired2Fire were last October when I was able to have an online chat out of business hours and discussed my needs for a new PC in great detail.

The same can be said for when ordering, and a huge shoutout to Dan for dealing with stock issue of cases and suggested another case which, in my opinion is actually nicer than the one I originally wanted.

As for the PC itself.. wow!! The build quality is solid as a rock, was packed extremely securely and all stages of the build were communicated extremely well in a friendly manner both over the phone and emails- not to mention the PC itself absolutely rocks FS2024 at a whopping 153fps!!

Anyone wishing to have these guys build their next PC, don't hesitate! Prices were the best I could find with an excellent selection of components to choose from.

Contacted them to tailor my order a bit to suit my needs, and their team were very accommodating. PC I ordered turn up quickly and it all worked fine with no issue. 5 star service and company.

I recently purchased the Mercury WS Workstation from Wired2Fire, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my setup as a software developer. With an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz, an Nvidia RTX 4060, and a 1TB M.2 SSD all housed in a sleek Kolink Stronghold case, this system strikes a great balance of power and efficiency for my work.

The Ryzen 7 5800X3D’s 8 cores and 16 threads, paired with its 3D V-Cache technology, make it a beast for compiling code, running virtual machines, and handling multi-threaded tasks like building large projects. I’ve noticed significantly faster compile times compared to my old system, especially with tools like Visual Studio and IntelliJ. The 32GB of high-speed RAM is more than enough for multitasking—running IDEs, debuggers, Docker containers, and multiple browser tabs with documentation doesn’t slow it down at all. The 1TB M.2 SSD is a game-changer too; boot times are near-instant, and loading large codebases or assets happens in seconds.

While the Nvidia RTX 4060 might seem overkill for pure coding, it’s been a pleasant bonus. It handles GPU-accelerated tasks smoothly, like rendering UI prototypes or dabbling in game development with Unity or Unreal Engine during side projects. The graphics card also supports multiple high-res monitors without a hitch, which is essential for my workflow with code on one screen and docs or terminals on another.

The Kolink Stronghold case keeps everything cool and quiet, even during long coding sessions or stress tests. Wired2Fire’s build quality is top-notch—cable management is tidy, and the system arrived ready to go. It’s not just a content creation machine as advertised; it’s a versatile powerhouse for software development too.

My only nitpick is that 32GB RAM might feel tight in a few years as projects grow more complex, but that’s easily upgradable. For the price, this is a stellar rig that handles everything I throw at it—coding, testing, and even some creative side hustles. Highly recommend it to any developer looking for a reliable, high-performance workstation!

Great experience. My new gaming PC was custom built to a high quality and delivered quickly. It has amazing performance. Highly competitive on price, too. I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else in the future and I would highly recommend.

I added a £2500 flightsim PC to my cart on Friday, then sent a simple question about cooling via their contact us form. I heard absolutely nothing so on Monday I sent another message, this time to their sales@ email address. Here we are Tuesday night and I haven't even had an automated reply.
This company was recommended by a well known flight simmer on youtube.
Very disappointing and I am now buying elsewhere.
And this would have been reviewed on my youtube channel as well...

Another great build! I have had a few over 20 years. Spent the day setting it up and it’s amazingly quick and just what I wanted. A really good bunch of guys. What a machine !

I bought my first serious gaming PC from Wired2Fire back in 2008, I upgraded it in 2016 and now with the CPU finally starting to flag it was time to upgrade once again. I knew that I wanted a customised set up and looked around at some of the competitors, but soon realised that Wired2Fire was still my best option.
Two things really stand out, the level of customisation available means that you can exactly specify every aspect of the build, but with that comes a myriad of decisions. This is where the second key factor comes in - their customer service. Prior to placing the order, I sent a string of emails asking for views on which CPU to go for, cooling and other aspects. Every enquiry was promptly and expertly replied to which gave me great confidence that I have chosen just the right components.
Needless to say, I am completely happy with my new PC, it works flawlessly and looks awesome. But I am also especially happy with the whole purchasing experience with Wired2Fire, they really make you feel like you are part of the build process.
I hope and expect that this PC will last me for many years to come, but when it does require an upgrade I won't hesitate to come back to Wired2Fire.

I was looking for a new faster PC and saw in computeractive that this company was one of their recommended. I formulated what I thought was a good upgrade. They got back to me with lots of suggestions about how to tweak the system and in the end I got a refund for unnecessary components. They kept me informed of progress and have answered various queries since by phone. They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

I'm a 50 year old mum to a 16 year old MSFS mad boy... when I was looking for a PC to buy him for his birthday that would give him a better experience than the XBox (and didn't cost the earth!) I came across an interview with Dan from Wired2fire on youtube... Dan made all the technical jargon clear and was incredibly helpful with suggestions for a PC build that wouldn't cost the earth but would do the job really well. He also rushed the order through so it would be delivered in time for my son's 16th birthday. I can absolutely recommend Dan and his team at Wired2fire - they were so helpful and patient and bent over backwards to make sure my son got the best PC spec I could afford. Took delivery of the PC last Friday and ever since my son has been glued to it and keeps telling me how amazingly fast it is and how clear the graphics are compared to his XBox series X (whatever all that means!!). I have one very happy boy and I can't thank Dan and his team enough - they're amazing!

I checked out Wired2Fire as I was in the market for a new PC. I found Wired2Fire's prices were excellent, when compared to other PC suppliers, so I ordered a bespoke PC (based on their Predator platform) from them. I found the guys really easy to speak to and the advice that I was given about a suitable specification, was right on the money. My PC arrived approximately 10 days after I ordered it. Following the activation of Windows, I installed MSFS, but it did not want to run correctly and hung-up consistantly during the Checking for Updates phase. After a number of attempts to run the sim, I contacted the Microsoft Flight Simulator Support team. To be fair to them, they did offer some assistance, but it did not sort my problem. At this point I was about to give up and resort to installing FSX. I then decided to speak to Dan at Wired2Fire. Dan logged on to my PC remotely and was able to diagnose the problem as being a corrupted Windows install. Dan invited me over to Wired2Fire to fully test my PC and to re-install Windows 11, followed by a re-install of MSFS. This fixed all of the problems and I left Wired2Fire a very happy man and with a fully functioning MSFS PC.
In summary, Dan spent in excess of 4 hours sorting out my PC at absolutely no cost to me. I can't imagine many companies would have offered this level of service in spending this amount of time with a customer to ensure that they were fully sorted out and happy with their purchase. I can't thank Dan enough for all his efforts and I subsequently can't recommend Wired2Fire enough as a PC manufacturer. Five Star service from Wired2Fire. Thanks Dan and thanks Wired2Fire. I'll be back to talk to you guys when I am in the market for a PC upgrade
