I subscribed for a week subscription
I subscribed for a week subscription, then had to pay extra for 'tokens' when other fax services charge way less than the cost of wisefax wk subscription and tokens put together for an entire month and gives u up to 150 pages included in that subscription. Then when I paid for tokens and sent my fax it says successfully sent but it was never sent. The recipient told me they didn't receive any document but then my total tokens were reduced as if the fax was sent. To add further insult, I was then not reminded about the auto renewal of the wwwkly subscription and it automatically renewed for another week whereby I don't intend to use the service (because let's face it, it doesn't work). So now I'm stuck with another week as well as tokens that I wud never use... So bottom line... Money down the drain. You are a well put together scam. I'm just sorry I didn't jus go back with efax who is by far way more reliable. Thanks for teaching me a lesson to know better.

Misleading information
Misleading information, appears a subscription is necessary to use services. However the subscription only covers incoming faxes. A fee of $1.00 per page is still required to send faxes.

Bait and switch, a carny game; the house never loses. It's a $1 a fax. 1 token = $1.
A 34 page fax costs $34, even after you pay for the subscription. They cleverly showcased 300 pages per month but it's only for incoming faxes. No mention on the subscription page the cost of tokens per page.

It seems the cheapest but ends up being the most expensive when you run out of tokens
It seems to be the cheapest, but it ends up being the most expensive fax service. It costs $8 but only 10 tokens and each token is a fax page and when the tokens run out you have to buy more. The service ends up being much more expensive than contracting another service that has unlimited sending without page restrictions or tokens. You get unlimited services for less than $12 a month. This service is a scam, they do not clarify the limitation of the tokens, you know it after you have purchased and you are left unable to send faxes due to lack of tokens.

Excellent
I needed to send an international fax and I found many fax apps, they all offered free trial period and then subscription. I knew I would not be subscribing because it's so seldom that I have to send a fax and I'm not comfortable using a free trial knowing that I would not be subscribing.
I found Wisefax, which had an option to pay per page. I had some questions and contacted customer service and they answered promptly and clearly. I sent my fax and it went very smoothly which is not always the case because of chatter reception on the other end. But mine went quickly and smoothly and I am so appreciative. I also was able to watch the progress of it sending to sent and immediately got verification that it went through. I am recommending it on my Facebook groups. And I will use them every time I need to send a fax.
