Super easy and convenient to use
I am on vacation and I had to send an urgent fax. WiseFax was extremely easy to use. I got a confirmation of the successfully sent fax within a couple of minutes. WiseFax saved me lots of time and was super convenient.

Fax didn't come through.
Tried twice.
This was their response both times:
The success rate of the receiving faxes depends largely on the public network quality. Even though we utilize patented network technologies with optimal connections that maximize call quality, reliability, and control, the intermittent noise on the public lines may still affect some faxes.
so I switched to a fax company with less noise and better quality, that actually recieved my fax.

Trick Autopay
Beware of paying Autopay for only needing the service one time. And it didn't even work. So actually wasn't used. But was a trick to keep deducting weekly. Watch out!

Our pay-as-you-go service is charged based on the usage of the service. Typically, that is once per fax. This service does not renew automatically. Instead, it has to be purchased manually each time.
Our subscriptions, on the other hand, are auto-renewable, but can easily be cancelled. We offer weekly and monthly fax number subscriptions.
You seem to have signed up for a weekly fax number subscription. If necessary, the subscription can easily be cancelled at WiseFax user portal (https://login.wisefax.com/). If you have any trouble canceling your subscription or have any other questions, our friendly customer support team is here to help!
