We are very frustrated with your so called customer service, which is either AI or agents who may not understand English well. All we needed was WISETACK’s address so we could see it up on auto withdrawal pymt plan with our bank for the very expensive termite service plan. We would also like a hard copy of our contract sent you our address, if that is possible.

A fast and easy way to apply for financing online for home improvement purchases and services. Credit check and pre qualification was instantaneously and approval within minutes. The requirements by the customer was to provide simple brief information and if more instructions needed an email notification will be sent. Set up to link bank information was also simplified. I was astonished that it was this simple.
