Placed an order for 6 Sleepers, took money even though didn't have any in stock. Hung on for them to get stock, and then they failed to deliver on 3 occasions. AVIOD

Despite my initial frustration and length of time it took to get my order after placing it (about three weeks), I can say that Tony Adams was excellent, erricient and compensated me for my inconvenience and lack of promised return calls from other members of staff.
Quality of the trellising and posts was excellent and my friend who helped me instal the goods was a former garden centre manager for a major diy chain.He was very impressed with the quality.

FENCE PANELS ORDERED - WIFE IN ALONE DELIVERY DRIVER INSISTED ON DROPPING THEM FRONT OF HOUSE 100YDS FROM WHERE THEY WERE NEEDED - WE HAVE A CORNER HOUSE WITH 2 GATES (COMPANY POLICY TO DROP AT DOORSTEP ???) CALLED COMPANY (TONY ASSISTANT MANAGER SPOKEN TO) - STATED THERE MUST BE A REASON DRIVER WONT DROP AT GATE - I STATED IVE SEEN HIM ON CAMERA NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK - I'M INFORMED THE COMPANY POLICY HAS BEEN IN FORCE FOR OVER YEARS ???
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - GOOD JOB WERE NOT TOO ELDERLY TO MOVE THEM - WILL GO ELSEWHERE IN FUTURE. MD NEEDS TO LOOK AT THIS LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDED!

Used in the past and we're very good. But tried using them for another project and they can't even be bothered communicate with me about my order which I am now going to have to cancel through my card company.

Ordered fence panels including one bespoke as it was not a standard size, from start to finish ordering was easy pricing very competitive for a quality product.
Delivery was excellent and on time ,
I would defiantly use Witham timber again and have no hesitation in recommending this company

Wrong fence panels were delivered but company apologised and arranged for panels to be swapped in a couple of days on a day that was convenient with me with no hassle. Good panels and good price.

I have used Witham Timber twice now. Once I picked up 240 bits of feather edge and the latest time I had a farm gate, ironwork and timber delivered. I have to say that this company is nothing short of superb. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff and the delivery driver was helpful with the unloading of materials to where I needed them and bang on time (albeit at the crack of dawn which absolutely suited me). I would have no hesitations in using this firm again.

Brilliant range of wood. Really good prices. Less than half the price of the same type and size found in wickes. The staff were beyond helpful. I ordered incorrectly. They sorted it out without fuss. I then realised they were not as close as first thought. Very accommodating with me collecting my order. Thank you David and the receptionist for being so welcoming.

Will definitely use in the future.

10 picket fences and a gate, all in perfect condition.

Ordered fence panels outside free delivery area.was told the extra price for delivery which I accepted.heard nothing for 20 days.contacted office and said that they tried to contact me.no phone calls or messages received from witham.if I paid the charge today I would have to wait another 3 weeks.i declined and was quickly offered a refund.this was processed quickly.on ordering these panels there is no info on how to pay the delivery charge.messages could have been left for me on my eBay page.

Excellent quality fence panel. Free delivery takes around 8 days. Get a call the day before d day to confirm delivery in the next morning but we unfortunately still miss in just 30’ out for lunch. The delivery team has been kind enough to leave my order in my front yard. Put it up to repair damage from storm Eunice in minutes. Much thicker and heavier than our previous fence panels. Very pleased! Well done, Witham Timber!

Great quality fencing not the normal flimsy rubbish from the large nationals, delivery made on time, fence looks great. No problems with ordering staff polite and helpful even when I had to change my order slightly as I ordered the wrong posts, difference refunded no problem. Would highly recommend this company

ordered a wooden gate on ebay. put post code in for delivery cost was told free delivery for my post code completed payment then they wanted another £25 to deliver. waste of time cancelled order and asked for refund

Poor communication. Ordered some fence panels. Heard nothing for a month. Gave them a call thought it would be long enough even in these times. I was told Transport were arranging delivery, the items were all in stock, just waiting delivery. Heard no more. Phoned 10 days later. Now the panels are out of stock! No idea when new stock will arrive! Such a waste of time. Order cancelled. Refund came through OK, would imagine they are used to doing them.

Excellent customer service, helped us out with what we needed and answered all questions, they let us add extra to the order, delivered within the time schedule, delivery driver was very helpful too, would definitely use again.

Excellent company to deal with. The 6’ x 6’ feather edge fence panels are superior quality for a very reasonable price. Delivery on time and driver very helpful, friendly and professional. A very good all round experience.
We’ll definitely use Witham Timber again and we’ll recommend them to anyone who is looking for timber products.
