Ordered a replacement gate from Witham Timber. It was very well priced, and delivered exactly when expected. I even had a courtesy call the Friday beforehand to explain when to expect it. Very happy.

Purchased a number of standard size and one custom width fence panels. Really good company to deal with. From handling the initial enquiry, to the order confirmation, order dispatch and delivery all the staff were professional and courteous. Price was very competive and delivery was fast. Always a worry when not ordering from one of the main stream supplies. I needn’t have worried at all, competitive prices, able to deliver (even though the big boys couldn’t) exactly what I needed. All arrived in good condition and all quantities accounted for. Had a call the day before to let me know when they were coming. Driver tried to accommodate my request (for it to be dropped by the garage). Overall a great experience - support your local business!!

No communication re order delivery,have had to phone them twice about when the delivery will arrive,was told the materials were on the way to them a week ago although their website says the items were in stock,still not had the goods,very poor would not use them again.

After shopping around found Witham Timber, they were the only ones that had all my fencing materials in stock and at a great price. Everything delivered exactly when they said and looks good quality . Highly recommend.
Delivery driver was great unloaded everything into my driveway

Appalling delivery man, rude, aggressive, unhelpful. Refused to put panels in garage a few feet away, when I suggested this was silly given it was right next to where he was putting them, he stripped off like a child and said he was taking them away. I phoned the company who tried to diffuse the situation and he said to his boss ‘if she f****** apologises for calling me silly and helps me I will put them n
Back’. Would be funny if it was not so serious, imagine if I was disabled or elderly? Could not possibly move them myself so my sister helped me move them the short distance from where he had put them. Owner of the company said he had never had a problem with him in ten years, having heard how this man was speaking to staff I find that hard to believe. If you are a strong man, you will be fine ordering from this company, the quality is good, but if you need some support putting items in a secure place, go elsewhere, you do not want this delivery man anywhere near your property. Improve - employ helpful and polite delivery people 👍

Great service! I wanted to buy 2 sets of gates locally but the price I was quoted seemed over the top. I checked online, found Witham, and their price was about 60% of the local quotation, even including a delivery of 200 miles or so, which came exactly as promised. I was prepared to find that the quality was a bit tatty, but in fact all the kit, timber and ironmongery, is first class. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from Witham.

I have had around 6 orders from Witham timber over the last 2 - 3 yrs . Customer service is A☆ cheapest place to order fencing / posts i could find on line, a phone call the day before the delivery is due ( if order looks wrong they will phone to check which ive have had done twice now due to silly errors) and the delivery drivers brilliant all very helpful .
