i ordered 2 dresses 1 was discontinued so i chose 2 more dresses to replace that one all 3 dresses arrived 2 weeks apart the third dress was something i did not order they offered 5 10 20% to keep the dress i do not like it or want it i want what i ordered im still arguing with them i do not like the dress that they sent me its not what i ordered i want what i paid for i do not think i should have to pay to ship a dress back to them that i did not order in the first place i want them to send me the dress i paid for they did not ask me to return the dress they sent they basically want me to keep it and reorder the dress they did not send

I was very worried when reading the reviews but I had already ordered. my nasa hoodie arrived ahead of scheduled delivery and was great comfy material and exact size I ordered. Probably won’t use again because maybe I got lucky but my order was great.

Bought a hoodie from this company. Arrived as tshirt fabric, seams didnt aline, size wrong, the worst itme I have ever received online. They are refusing to refund apart from 30%. They say if I return it I will have to pay postage and the postage to me will also be deducted from any refund. Do not use this company

There are a few issues I have with this company. Description is the first, completely inaccurate and mis-leading. The shirt was advertised as linen / cotton enriched, the reality was more like very cheap Lycra, "instant static" when worn. Easy returns, yea right, there email said the cost would be very expensive. They were right because you have to return to CHINA. They just offer minimal refund and say "Keep the goods" No good if they don't fit (far too small) That brings me to another issue, sizing. there XXL size was more like Small in UK equivalent. All in all an experience I will not be repeating. Wmmart, get your act together. I for one will never shop with you again. :(

I purchased a leather jacket from them. Was super worried about the size and delivery when I saw trustpilot reviews.

But it arrived quickly to UK, was easily trackable and the size was true to the measurements stated on the website.

I ordered a men's XL shirt. I am usually between an XL and a L size shirt. When the shirt arrived it was more like a boy's size. I could not even try it on it was so small. I contacted them and filed a complaint through Paypal. They informed me it would be very expensive to return the shirt to China and instead offered me 30%.
These people are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Would put less stars if I could. An item I ordered came and was nothing like the description. Came the wrong colour wrong size and upon requesting a refund I was told a 5% refund was all they would offer. Shocking company, do not use.

Just received my hoodie after feeling very nervous about reviews.
I’m delighted. It was just as advertised and for only £21 was probably better quality than I expected.
I ordered a Large as the measurements seemed small ( I would normally order a S or M. Other than that I can’t complain.

Bought a large dress shirt, and when it finally arrived, the size was for a large Asian, NOT a large Caucasian. If I had known that this was a Chinese company then I wouldn’t have bought from them in the first place. Ended up with a shirt that is way too small, and terrible quality. More junk from China 🇨🇳 💩

I ordered 4 t shirts from this company. I have got to say they are the worst purchase I have ever made (I am 43). The quality is disgusting. They do not resemble what they are advertising. Avoid this company like the plague!! On further research, their head office is a flat in China!! The items are most probably made in some dodgy warehouse or flat in China. The website needs to be removed. I have tried to return or claim a refund but their return policy is that unless they have sent you the wrong item or it is damaged, they wont supply a refund. Avoid this company!!!

Hi purchased a hoodie for my son, then within minutes started to receive scam phone calls, when goods did arrive the sizing is horrendous. My son is just a medium, but likes his clothes on the bigger size so always get him a large. Ordered a large, well it is more like a small!!, messaged company to be told that's what I ordered and that's what they sent!!!!!, AVOID AT ALL COST,

Don’t shop here! Ordered a hoody weeks ago. Still no hoody, still no contact from company. Should’ve known better than to trust a phoney Walmart tbf haha but in all serious don’t waste your time or money here. Big scam!

be careful, this company has heaps of negative reviews I found out why for myself today when I tried to get answers in regards to a botched order, at the the end of our chat which was fruitless on my behalf she said your welcome lol.

I ordered a sweatshirt and chose a size one size bigger than usual. When it came it was still too small and very short in size. After some email tennis they offered to refund me a massive 5%.of the cost. All I wanted to do was return the item and have my refund to make a similar purchase, as it wasn't a lot of money they can keep the lot. I will never use wmmart again and will warn others to stay clear of this company. This is the first time I have ever given anything a bad review

Don't buy from this company they sell rubbish l bought a jacket it arrived with a faulty zipper pockets hang off and the size didn't match what l ordered paypal said lf l closed the account l would recieve a £23.00 voucher l didn't recieve a voucher lm reopening the case and reporting fraud to my bank

Wow, this company is a complete fraud. The clothes I ordered would not even fit a child. The size chart is completely wrong. They refused to let
Me return them. This company is a total scam.

I ordered 2 dresses, the same size. I waited a long time . Only after I challenged the charge did. They show up. One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke. They barely resembled the pic. A quality that made me cry. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!! I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. None of the clothes fit. This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use it as dust rags. I sent an email to the company they do not answer my email then I went on the internet and I found this COMPANY HELP which is ₑᵢցₕₜ ƒₒᵤᵣ ƒᵢᵥₑ fᵢᵥₑ ₜຟₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five I contacted this company they admitted their mistake is what I order, and they sent me the wrong colors and different material item finally they have provided me a refund and return label FOR THIS CHEAP THIN CHEAP MATERIAL DRESS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE ... PRODUCT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED! so disappointing! would not recommend to my friends. Buyer beware!! Buy American-made in the USA!

My item said zip front zip hoodie. It had zips on the arms but NO ZIP at the front. I actually think that the may have been a small camera in the package and I'm soon going to be featuring in the new internet hit "when westerners unwrap poor products". The show laughs at the reaction on peoples faces when they open the comedy products.... wait till you see my face..... priceless. Anyway, to summarise. If you want to donate money to an operation who will legally fulfill an order but send you actual garbage......then this is the company for you. Oh and if there was a zero stars option, I too would have selected this. Soooooo disappointing

Oh and I ordered a 5xl cos I wanted a cozy house hoody. It barely fits me and I'm no NBA basketball player. 😡
