Having read previous reviews I was really worried after placing an order for a military style shirt from Wmmart.
However I am really pleased with my purchase and the style and size is great.
When ordering it’s worth noting that the product comes from China so does take a little while to get to the UK, mine took about 3 weeks, but be patient and you will be pleased.
Very happy to use Wmmart again when purchasing something that I can’t get from the UK

Absolutely shocking!! Nothing fits even though I ordered the size off their chart..I order the same shirts I had ordered previously and they are totally different. XL wouldn’t even for a child.. yet they claim the sizes are correct. Offered me 5% refund on 3 shirts I can’t wear.. bargain deal😂 avoid this site at all costs because it will cost you a fortune for nothing.. shocking returns policy

I tried to give ZERO stars BUT I couldn’t. I would say ZERO 5 stars because it has been more than 2 full months since I ordered my item.
I also thought it was not a Chinese company, and had I known, I would not have purchased the item. I too have asked PayPal for help get a refund. Wmmart keeps asking me to close the dispute claim before I get any satisfaction but I will not. I laughed that they blame Covid as other goods I have ordered from overseas have arrived with no delay. My hope is for PayPal to secure my refund.

I waited 2 months for my order after I had paid. The clothes finally arrived and were nothing like I had ordered. The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn't even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK! They use photos of quality European clothing and make a very cheap and different version.I asked to return no response then I went on the social media and i found this helpful info 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇𝟢𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 seven6eight four zero one one I FINALLY SENT BACK THE WHOLE CHEAP LOOKING
DRESS BACK did receive a bomber, except it is NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS SHOWN. What the hell? Who does this?

This is a fraudulent site, please don't make the same mistake as me and be fooled!

I've had to take up a dispute with PayPal and I'm still waiting to hear back.
It is not a real company, only a con.

Please do not buy from them, they don't send any confirmation email, they will take your money and refuse any refund.

PayPal have given me a full refund and I have never heard back from the site.
If you've bought something from them and are still waiting, 'online chat' on their website, write the dates and amounts.. ask the questions - screen shot everything as you might need this when you dispute it.

Would have given zero stars if choice was available. The item ordered was not what was sent. They wouldn’t exchange because they sent the right size - false advertising. Never order from this cheap scammers.

How about that, another scam company from China. Sent me my shirt which was too small and was supposed to be a denim shirt but was cheap cotton. Would not except a return. Told me they would take it back but they would charge me the initial shipping fee that I paid which was $4.79, however they were going to charge me $17. These guys are 100% crooks. Classic. STAY AWAY

I bought an item as a gift- the item fitted but was short on the body. They did not send returns info. I emailed customer service who refused to send the return info. They said as they sent the right size and quality was ok thet would not send it. I have asked for their return policy. Disappointing service.

The pictures are totally different to what you get and they are very unhelpful

NO STAR, I've been waiting for my hoodie so far for 6 weeks, but after reading reviews the company per say is profiting on orders up front. We should have them remove from on line orders. Any information some one has share with this site and we can get WM Mart remove.

1 star is too many. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a woman's hoodie from them thinking they were in the USA because they make you believe that. 6-8 weeks later I receive it and it is 3 times too small. I contact them (per their easy return policy...NOT) they tell me to sell it or donate it and when I reorder they will give me a 5% discount. Do they really think I'm going to order anything again. This company has no customer service and DOES NOT do what their website claims. STAY AWAY I also posted this on social media as you should do so all deceit citizens know this company is a scam.

Do not! I actually rate as ZERO! They lie. Your order is never shipped. It sits as processing. You are not able to cancel the order. When you email them they tell you . To be patient when it’s a month and half since placed.

We just received a black hoodie for our son that is a size large, which is what he wears. Unfortunately it is too small and the arms are short. I contacted the online chat and they told me they only help with pre-sales and that I would need to email my concern to with the order number to: support at wmmart.com. (adjusted email address) Unfortunately I have emailed this exact address three times and it comes back stating it is undeliverable. I have asked how else to contact them via the online chat and I was told only by email. It is terrible that the company's online chat is only for pre-sales. Obviously this tells you that the company is only interested in the sales and not the after sales customer service. We will not order from here again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> They sent me my item and it didn't fit. It was NOT a medium and they said "did you read the size chart" (I am a medium on everything I wear). I told them I needed to return it and they said, well since we sent you the correct size we can only give you a 10% discount to keep (why would I keep an item that doesn't fit?) Their return policy says "60 days return, you only need to pay the shipping back fee". I "repeated their policy back to them" and they came back and said, OK we will give you a 20% discount to keep or you can ship back (and pay the fees) BUT we will charge you the shipping fee WMMART paid to ship to you (it was free shipping). I said absolutely NOT, this is not in your return policy. All they did was send me the exact same email. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a hoodie. It did look like the picture, however it was the cheap material and I ordered an XL. It says it’s an XL but it looks like a small. I would be ok with exchanging it for XXL that might fit. I haven’t tried the return /exchange yet so I can’t rate that dept. yet.

Don’t even think of purchasing. The quality is absolutely terrible. Over priced rubbish.

Item never arrived after 7 months. The company never contacted me or gave me a refund. They now are supposedly offering me a refund for my item that was never shipped, minus the cost of shipping. Scam site.

I didnt even want to leave one star. Do not buy from this company. Clothes are thin and complete garbage. They sent me a large that literally would have been a large on a toddler. Beware. Do not order from here. You won’t get your money back either. Very cheap

One star is too good for this company. Sizes and quality are both terrible, although website states you can return you can't as they threaten that postage will cost as much as the item. I cannot state strongly enough to avoid this company and website
