SLOW! UN EFFICIENT! DONT USE

It has been 2 weeks since I made my withdrawal, when I send emails to the support mail, they just ignore them. I have sent several emails but there was no response... I no longer recommend this bank wire,it is very bad.it's a SCAM👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

They will not let my money withdrawn.
If you do not want to regret,just stay away from this "payment system".

Tragedy. I lost some money because of this "great company". Never trust them. Just look for alternatives like PayPal or Revolut.

I know it'd be best if I describe in detail what this CRAP is but that'd take me too long. In very short terms:
- disgusting interface
- high commissions
- complicated schemes to transfer money - that's how I lost like $10

Why I used it - there was no other way for a company from Russia to transfer my service charge but this CRAP.

I sincerely wish they go out of business. They deserve nothing more than that. There are far better alternatives.

Just look at who is giving 5 star reviews, they are all Russian, so we can assume they are written by webmoney or its friends as they were getting too many bad reviews. if it looks dodgy, it probably is!

Super slow. Overly complicated. Excessive security. Every step needs some kind of confirmation. Incredibly frustrating site interface. Transaction charges.

Just choose another payment system. It doesn't worth your time.

Very bad unreliable system. I lost money which I was exchanging from my wmz wallet to Paypal account. Some bad person Александр Баринов (be careful) somehow protested the fulfilled exchange deal and my received money were returned to this person account but I did not received back money to my wmz wallet.
So system is unreliable especially for foreigners who don't understand the scam of this system. Be careful.

Worst service ever. Takes forever to solve a claim. If you don't have a Formal Passport you can't get your money back so if someone scammed you, they will keep the money. Russians, always poor services. Never using it again.

Awful. Couple of hours to add just a credit card and make your payment safely which takes maximum 5 mins. And aren't I obliged to speak russian? No, I don't think so.

it is very bad, when I withdraw to my bank card, my bank, never received it,and they said I must ask webmoney the proof of payment and guess what !! I never got,and that makes me think this company is a scam and in their app they don't have live chart which is very bad if you are looking emergency answers , so run away from it !!!

I Used this platform from 5 years. I love the app. It's very safe. But you should beware with the third party exchanger.It's a safe platform for online users.

Their website is by far the most horrible piece of UI I have seen in my life. It wants to log me in every time I click anything, even if I already did enter my credentials. The website is so overloaded with different buttons, hints, colors etc. that it's nearly impossible to find there one piece of information that interests you. Also, the English version of the website is partially not translated from Russian, e.g. they suggest me:
"Issue invoice
Create a payment link
Попросить в долг"

If I didn't lose my PayPal password together with the old phone number, I would have never used WebMoney.

Cannot be trusted. I have tried to withdraw my money from my Webmoney WMZ purse through their various withdrawal methods. However everytime they will reject my withdrawals without giving any reasons and commission is still charged for the rejected withdrawal.

The most horrible service on Earth! I transferred 700 USD to my debit card and the bank did not receive them! And this is a service which takes a huge commission! Just imagine: 2% + 3 USD per each transaction!
This is something that does not cost that money! There is no live chat. Support only by email which you need to wait for ages!

Best payment processor EVER. I wish everyone in EU/US would use it instead of shity Paypal. Never got any problems with them for years, security is top notch.

By far the most secure online payment system out there.
