Great for making worldwide payments
Recently I came across to WebMoney system on aliexpress.com, I thought I will give a try as I was reluctant to use my card for a payment. I have managed to quickly create a purse, fund it instantly with my debit card and make my purchase in China with no hassle, overall I am pleasantly surprised with WebMoney system, it feels very secure and offers many great additional features that PayPal and others simply luck. Definitely recommend.
