An all round great online shopping experience. The key for me is the amazingly lower prices for my regular cycling essentials. At the time of purchase chamois buttr ultra was up to £13 cheaper than the other online cycling shops. Finish line oil was a couple of £ cheaper too.
Wolf Cycles stock Castelli - the only clothing brand I use because I've used it since the early 90's.
The other pleasant surprise was that there is a FREE next day Royal Mail tracked delivery service available. This service covered the items I ordered that also included a Castelli jacket and front bike light. It's a very pleasant surprise that normally is a paid option elsewhere. Some places charge £5 just for a delivery that may take 5 days to arrive.
Great customer service over the phone too. I'm looking forward to visiting their setup later in the year - Long town.

Ordered a couple of pairs of tyres and some smaller items. This was my first order and it duly arrived next day with free delivery due to order cost. The prices were very close to some european outlets, unusual for a UK store, keep it that way. All items were in first class condition, boxed where the manufacturer did so( folding tyres ). It was just chance that my search engine returned the link to Wolf Cycles as more often than not it is the big outlets that are at the top of searches. I'd like to think this hasn't been a one off experience as the store seems a good alternative to the well known outlets.
