This was my first time ordering from Wonda Mobile and it was actually amazing. I ordered the phone on May 2 and it was supposed to be shipped out after May 12. The delivery was supposed to take 7-10 days, but it actually arrived in only 4 days, which is incredible. I also contacted the support few times and got a reply very fast. All in all, everything went really well and I'd like to gladly recommend this store to others

I ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra the 7th May, it was sent the 12th May and delivered the 15th (in France).
I asked for the box sealed and they did sent it sealed (only a few sellers allow this).
The packaging was well protected, and they were very reactive by email.
Would recommend any day !

Unable to find the phone I wanted from a FR seller, I turned to Wondamobile after research confirmed their reliability. I opted for express delivery and received my order in under 72 hours. Their service efficiency is remarkable, especially considering the potential risks with overseas sellers. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Wondamobile again and only wish they stocked the other item I was looking for.

Try calling them to see if you can even get through. Also they don’t respond after they tell you they didn’t receive the money.

Phone ordered from Wondamobile as I could not get the phone I wanted from a UK based seller. After research, I concluded that Wondamobile was one of the safest options. Using the Express Delivery option, the phone was in my hands less than 72 hours after ordering. The efficiency of the service provided here is to be applauded, particularly given the potential risks when dealing with sellers in a different jurisdiction. I would certainly use Wondamobile again. I just wish that they had the other item that I wanted to buy.

I purchased a vivo x200 pro and decided to return it a few days later as the screen resolution was too much for my eyes and causing headaches. I wanted to order another phone. All they did was hassle me and kept mentioning my headaches as if they didn't believe me. There was supposed to be a return for any reason policy. Apparently not. They gotta hassle you first. Unprofessional. I'll never order anything from this company ever again. I'll make sure I tell other people that as well. Thanks for treating your customer as nothing.
